This place used to be great and used to get my bagels here weekly. However the last few months I’ve noticed it go downhill with the quality of the bagels. Every time they have been hard and not good. This morning, I decided to try again and ask for light colored bagels in hopes they would not be hard, but this is what I got. The ticket even said soft bagels. It’s as if they went out of their way to find the most burnt bagels. They’re hard and crunchy and just not good. Will not be going back anymore.

We did an order on our way through the area. All of the food we ordered was delicious, filling and good quality. The turkey club was truly the best I ever had (I think it may have been seasoned turkey they used?) It had a different flavor to it than experienced before and the bread was perfectly toasted and not overly toasted like some of the club sandwiches can be. Fries were great, bagels great, everything. If we're going through the area ever again, we will definitely stop.

My mother who is a senior citizen on limited budget DoorDashed bagels from this establishment and they were delivered rock hard and stale. My husband called to complain and whoever answered the phone said to to call door dash. Lol. I’m sure door dash had nothing to do with it, sadly they were all thrown away and we will not be not be doing business with them anymore. Waretown bakery from here on out!

Their chicken salad is delicious! Breakfast is always great. They have a nice variety of selections and the price is fair. I like that they have delivery or easy pick up. Thank you Dolce👍

The bagels should be baked all the way through. I shouldn't get home, cut into a half-moist and doughy bagel, and have to finish the baking myself. Also, bagels are round, not oblong, but I'm guessing they get squished that way when you pile up a bunch of half-baked bagels.
I know I might look tired in the morning, but that's okay because I'm the customer. It's NOT okay for food service workers to be all stone-faced and mute when taking orders and handing over food. You get decent treatment sometimes, but it's certainly not the norm here. I really don't understand the sad-sack service, though... My only guess is that it's all family-run and no one wants to be there.
Luckily, I found Danny's Bayshore Bagels. They're solid all around, and I don't leave there feeling like I did something wrong.
