I walked in asked for a frozen coffee and snackin bacon. It took 15 mins just to take my order. then i was handed my drink and never got my food. I had to ask them to make it. then they gave me a whole sandwich instead of what i asked for. it took a total of 40 mins to get my food and my food was burnt, all the way black. I’ve never been so upset with a place.

I’m pretty sure it’s run by 3 children in a trench coat. Waited for 10 mins for my food but had to run since my infant was filling his diaper in the back seat. If you have 25 mins to wait for a breakfast sandwich by all means visit Barnegat Dunkin.

As someone who frequents this Dunkin daily and sometimes twice a day I have to say the morning shift and afternoon/night shift make this dunkin seem like 2 completely different locations.

The morning staff is always so friendly AND fast on a busy Monday morning the wait usually isn’t longer than 5-10 minutes. That’s given the fact that going through the drive thru with the mobile pick up and regular lane. The morning staff and management is just phenomenal never had an issue. Ever.

Now this afternoon and night staff… the owners and management of this location needs to seriously reconsider. There is constantly issues, attitudes all the time and a HUGE wait. I can count more times that I have fingers of the issues I have had in the afternoon and night getting a coffee. Let’s start with the most recent time as of today 8/12/25 my mom, my sister and myself order a coffee. The gentleman taking the order through drive through had seemed annoyed to even be taking the orders, we ordered 2 coffees and a matcha. We had gone to the window and paid then was asked to wait at the second window. Well we sat at the second window for close to 10 minutes while 2 ice coffees and a matcha was made. While at the window a car had gone around us and another car behind us had gotten there 2 coffees…. The girl that had us the matcha was like have a great day to which we replied we still are waiting for 2 ice coffees and she just walked away. She returns with our ice coffees and my mom asked a question along the lines of “how come 2 other people got there orders before us even though they came after us”. To which the girl replied with a snarky tone “oh sorry have a great day”.

Like I have said, this isn’t the first time, once I waited at the order screen in the drive through for 20 minutes while there was no cars in front of me but the line started building up behind me. I got told to wait 3 times. This was around 4:30pm on a Wednesday… PLUS many other times.

I see that a few of the reviews complain about the same things, I hope that the owners and management can take all of these reviews seriously. As someone who also runs a business, this is and while continue to lose your business money unless corrected.

They forgot half of my order and then tried to send me off with someone else's order...it was like pulling teeth to get the food that I ordered. Older woman who appeared to be a manager gave me an attitude on top of it. This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts that I've ever been to...the owners of this establishment should look at their reviews and improve...until then I'm done with this location.

The girl working Thursday night mopping the floor has a nasty attitude and thinks it is ok to treat customers with disrespect. Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes nobody was in front of us and she continued to have a conversation bad talking other customers with her microphone still on. I waited the whole time. She was rude and treated the young man working with her really bad. Never had a problem here before. Her attitude is so disgusting she needs training in customer service. If she does this again I will make a formal complaint.

Anytime after 4 it’s the Worst staff, slow , rude , and can’t take their job serious at all. I’d avoid and go to one on 72 or waretown .

Ordered thru the app..got there, only 1 car in drive thru..no customers in store..made my hot drink cold..then gave me an attitude cause of their mistake and then took all the drive thrus that showed up before me..my egg and cheese WOP

The workers act like you inconvenience them but ordering a coffee. I would rather deal with a kiosk than having to deal with the workers.
