Sunday 12/8/2024 12:30pm. I went to the lobby and ordered a large coffee with milk and one splenda with a jelly donut. I paid $5.20. I tipped $1.80. The worker who took my order was cordial. No sooner than getting my order ready. Another worker (long red hair) told the 1st worker " I got this order go to the drive thru" then handed over her headset. The red head worker bagged my donut in a white bag and TOSSED it on the counter Then walked out of the store. ( Im assuming it was the end of her shift) No Coffee. 3 minutes later two customers came in. The first ordered a medium coffee and a donut.2 minutes later she got her order. The second also ordered a donut and a coffee and agiain within 3 minutes got her order. They both greeted with Hello, how can i help you and Thank you. Still waiting on my coffee. After being there for ten minutes or so. I spoke up. I finally got my coffee and an apology. The next I will record with my phone this way everyone can see what a racist the red head worker is.

I ordered 2 everything bagels when I got home and opened them they were so stale we couldn’t even bite them, not only that I tried calling them 3x yet still no answer.

You can count on this Dunkin to consistently get your order wrong every time. Heaven forbid you have diabetes and need an alternative sweetener that isn't liquid sugar because if they have to open a packet to give it to you, you're not getting it. I could almost deal with that and just add my own stevia, but the staff's attitude is something else. I mean, I guess it's not a requirement to have to speak when you work at Dunkin? Because good luck getting someone to even say hi back to you.

I go here almost daily. Have I had mistakes with orders... yes. But they are very rare, and everyone makes mistakes once in a while. The employees are always kind and courteous, and they really try to get your order quickly and correctly.

The rest of the crew are great but man that one manager that works the counter is so rude I hand her my phone for Apple Pay she goes to scan it cause I guess she thought it was the rewards and instead of her next thought being Apple Pay she goes "what am I doing?!" Like girl idk you tell me you work here tf ? done with her attitude everytime I go in she isn't allowed to serve me anymore she's so nasty everytime

The employees of this dunkin are immature children who spend more time gossiping and flirting with each other than serving the customers. Waited in an empty store for 15 minutes with 3 employees behind the register one who was on his phone only to walk out because they ignored me even after talking openly about how I was waiting and they were making co workers drinks vs helping me. I love dunkin and the Manahawkin store but this one is garbage.4/1 2:35pm if management cares to review the tape ??♂️
We went on Wednesday at 6PM and they only had sesame bagels. I wanted my sandwich on a croissant but no croissants. That was a big disappointment. I gave it 2 stars for the coffee. That’s always good.Also I just signed up for rewards and didn’t know I had to scan it before I ordered and paid so I didn’t get my rewards. ?

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Zero acknowledgement when you walk in. They stare at you like your from a different planet. Entire staff needs to be retrained.Field management seriously needs to step up and take some type of action and train these employees and hold them to Dunkin Donuts standards.
Every time myself or anyone I know that has gone to the Barnegat Dunkin’ it’s been terrible. They never have any donuts of any kind, run out of bagels immediately and coffee/latte is terrible. Service with an attitude. Who runs the place? Does anyone ever follow up on their performance. Why open it if it’s going to suck.

I often visit about 20 to 25 different Dunkin’ Donuts in a month for work, but the one on Lighthouse Drive in Barnegat was especially disappointing. The pick-up area for food and drinks is located behind the counter, so despite ordering ahead, I still had to check in. When I asked for a fork, the manager rudely claimed he couldn’t hear me and made me wait. The girl who went to get the fork then yelled at the manager, displaying unprofessional behavior. Additionally, the manager was rude to an elderly lady when I walked in. It's unfortunate that despite my frequent visits, experiences like this make me leave less happy than when I arrived.
