Long wait times. Employees won't even acknowledge you or give you a wait time and seem annoyed. Very disappointed. Will stick to the manahawkin location.

My poor friend went to the establishment today and was completely ignored. She stood there for multiple minutes waiting to put her order in and the guy behind the counter just never said anything to her. Another man walks in and he is immediately greeted and taken care of. That is absolutely not okay. Do better.

Just stopped by here quick on the way to AC and the staff was the best I ever experienced at a Jersey Mikes. It was also super clean and the sub was great you can tell this owner takes a lot of pride in the business. Check it out you will not be disappointed!

I swing by this Jersey Mike’s a couple times a month, and it’s consistently great. The team moves fast even during the lunch rush, and they’re friendly without rushing you through choices. My go-to is a cold sub “Mike’s Way” (onions, lettuce, tomato, oregano, and that oil & vinegar that makes the bread sing). They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you, the produce is crisp, and the rolls have that perfect soft-inside/chewy-outside thing going on.

I’ve also grabbed a hot sub here loaded with steak, peppers, and melted cheese and they didn’t skimp on the filling. Everything was hot, wrapped cleanly, and stayed tidy to eat. Portion sizes are solid for the price, and they’re happy to tweak toppings (extra pickles/banana peppers for me) without making it a big deal.

Mobile orders have been accurate and ready at the quoted time, which is clutch when I’m between errands. The dining area and drink station are kept clean, and they wipe tables regularly. Only tip: if you’re hitting the peak noon window, expect a short line it moves quickly but this spot is popular for a reason.

Bottom line: fresh ingredients, friendly crew, and subs that taste like someone cared. Easy five stars.

I always have a great experience when Jordan is working at Jersey Mike’s! He’s super friendly, welcoming, and makes sure everything is done right. You can tell he really cares about the customers—he’s quick, efficient, and always has a great attitude no matter how busy it gets. My order is always fresh and exactly how I want it. Jordan makes the visit more enjoyable and definitely keeps me coming back.

Very nice employees. One thing that happens too often is they engage you in conversation and the sub is not as you asked. I try to pay attention but am trying to be nice. Today I asked to leave it whole but they cut it , still excellent sub !

I have been eating here since this location opened. It has changed quite a bit. The service and quality of the food is just terrible. The last 3 orders I have placed for subs with onions all had onion skin on them, do you not peel your onions anymore???
Nasty attitudes because YOU can't hear me when I'm speaking pretty loudly to begin with. I'll try here again in a few months maybe. Totally disappointed, especially with how expensive it is.

my grandma was in the hospital for about 2 weeks, prior to being admitted she had won a jersey mikes certificate. it had expired about a couple days but we still called to see if they would take it. shout out to this jersey mikes❤️ absolutely awesome
