Went for a repast and sat in the back room. Very nice restaurant and bar area. Looked newly renovated. Service was excellent and food was very good.

Welcomed by staff as we entered. Seated quickly but would recommend making reservations. Wait staff seated us, got drink orders and then food orders.The food was delivered quickly and cooked to our specifications. Food is very tasty and hot on delivery to our table. Also had occasion to sit at the bar and revceived same terrific service and food. This place has become our go to place for lunch and or dinner. They are closed on Mondays.

I tried lefty’s for the first time tonight and ordered delivery. The food arrived fresh and hot and the burger was out of this world along side of their wings. Highly recommend to everyone one next time I will be dining in.

I haven’t been to Lefty’s for years. It used to be the go to place for diner like food. Everything about it was great- made reservations ( per suggestion on web page), attentive staff- Arrived during Happy Hour and the drink was very good. I ordered the scallops, which were pan seared. Ample vegetables were included. Finished with an amazing Key Lime Pie, that was tart and prepared exactly like it is in Key West. A bit on the pricy side, but most places are. Outstanding & by far the Best restaurant in Barnegat( I’ve been to them all)

My husband and I went to Lefty's for the first time, last week. We are looking to move to Barnegat and decided to try a local restaurant that was recommended to us. There weren't any immediate tables available so we decided to sit at the bar, and we are so glad we did! Heidi quickly greeted us with a cheerful attitude even though she was clearly very busy. Let me just say, she made the best cosmo I've had in years! I ordered the chicken tavern and my husband the tropical flounder. Both were beautiful presentation and just as delicious. Even though it was our first time there, Heidi made us feel welcomed and right at home. We can't wait to move to the area and make Lefty's our new favorite restaurant!
