We've been in Pebble Beach for 2 years. We tried several pizzerias, trying to find a really good pizza. When we found Luigi's, we stopped looking. Excellent callings, too. And the eggplant parm is very good for the area.

Were regulars ordering weekly since moving here 18 months ago even though orders wrong 60% of the time. Last delivery my teen son's was wrong, was told re-delivery will be at least 40 minutes. Told them would be asleep for school by then. Did not matter, had to go pick it up myself. Told owner should not be so difficult. He said he didn't do it and they make mistakes. I told him we defended them against all negative social media but cannot do it anymore. We called today to order again and once they were told our phone number they said they are no longer doing business with our address!

We were devoted customers,defending them on social media against all the bad reviews & despite many delivery orders arriving wrong & rude staff but last night was too much.Order for my son wrong again,they said re-delivery ~40 minutes due to lack of drivers.Would be after his school bedtime so picked it up. Owner only said, "we didn't do it on purpose".Finally wife & I start to eat while watching a movie w lights dimmed.she starts gagging & vomits.we ordered 2 garlic breads,1 no cheese since wife cannot eat cheese.I took the obvious cheese one but hers had cheese too which we couldn't see.I called Luigis back,told owner unknowingly wife's had cheese too and she had a bad reaction.he replied, "unknowingly?"in a sarcastic tone then said, "were really batting 1000".I told him in case she got worse + dangerous mistake.His only reply was,"ok" so I said we were done as customers.Dietary restrictions: Be very careful if allergies/intolerances. They make mistakes

Super over this place. The pizza is always a disaster when it gets to you, the toppings all over the place. And tonight I ordered through slice, a service they set up and ordered a well done burger and got a rare one. I called asking for a refund and they claim that slice doesn't show how I want it cooked, so they chose to make it rare? Why not call me? They also admitted the roll I ordered did show the modification I chose, so if they see that they see the burder modification and they just didn't want to admit a mistake. Also they are so rude on the phone, like upfront they answer and laughing on the phone and finally say hello with a bad attitude right away. Done.

Wife loved the food!!!! She said her dish was delicious!! I had the burger and fries. The burger was ok and the fries were good. The fries portion was kinda small. Next time I will try a different dish..

Penne W/crispy chicken & vodka sauce. Chicken was a bit of a disappointment. The dusted breadcrumbs are dry as if they weren't fried...hmmm. I was hoping for a delicious flavor, and it was a fail. I also ordered eggplant rolatini, not soft enough to just use a fork, flavor was ok. I tried this place once before 5 yrs ago, and this time, it was a miss.
