White pizza was greasy and fries were not done so I was very dissatisfied, waited awhile for our delivery but I was ok with it hoping food would be good.. hopefully it was just a bad night

Had plain slices they were well cooked but lacked flavor was like someone just took canned tomatoes and put them on dough. No spices of any kind. Just not great pizza.

Ordered a Grandma Pie on Friday, and was told 30 minutes to pick it up. Ended up being close to an hour. Got it home, pizza was lukewarm at best and had to put slices in the microwave. Ended up tasting ok..but disappointing experience

Mozzarella sticks were average. Sausage pepper and onion sub was to have a crunchy toasted roll and not only didn't it but there was so much grease it made the bread soggy. I had to go to Acme to get another roll.

Please note; I've ordered from here a few other times and the food was decent, no complaints, but this time, I was better off going to McDonalds.Just got off the phone with one of the sweetest counter girls, and thankfully she was nothing but forgiving and kind. I placed an order for delivery through Slice, nothing crazy, just a simple burger and a slice of cake, and at almost $30 for delivery, I was hoping to not be disappointed.10.99 for the worlds worst burger..no fries included with that price either; 7.99 for cake that was dryer than any muffin you can imagine???? You're better off getting a burger from WAWA!!!Fair warning; if you order through Slice, you have to deal with nonsense just to get a refund (NOT THE RESTURANTS FAULT) but since you ordered through the APP there's nothing they can do on their end until you go through the ringer...Just disappointed, but grateful they approved my refund.

I had ordered from there previously with no problems but this one particular time there was terrible service. To start the wait was 45 mins which I had showed up right around 40 mins in, they had me wait another 20 mins just to tell me they sent my food on a delivery and my pie will be out shortly. Another 20 mins later which now was an hour and 20 they tell me it’s just going in and to compensate I can take a soda lol. I ended up getting it in about an hour and 40 mins with a compensation of a soda. Just ridiculously cheap and unaccountable for their mistake.
