For over a month this location has lost its speed, quality of food, and organization. To many times my order is either missing items or they are incorrectly made. I don't know what happened to the staff and/or management at this location but each visit this month in particular has only gotten worse

They always forget some food items you order and their fries are mostly cold or warm. They only put a half of cheese on each item.

The workers on april 8th 1230 pm are as intelligent as a pile of rocks. Not only did they forget my nuggets but not the sauce , forgot a straw(a rarity in 2025) and left the pickles on my burger. I cannot wait for Ai to take these peoples jobs leaving them with even less then what they have.

Seems that everytime I go to get food if it's 9:40pm the door is locked. Working in customer service i understand wanting to clean and wrap up, but its annoying that it consistently seems to be locked then. Unless there was some change in policy to close early it would have been nice for it to be listed that it closes the inside at 9:40.

I understand McDonald’s has a stereotype to be ridiculed online and associated with hood booger attitude and customer service. I am absolutely flabbergasted by my order today. Usually it’s just a minor inconvenience, busy hours, long days. All totally understandable. I ordered a sweet tea for the 7th time I received unsweetened, no big deal I’m sure they are right next to each other and I’m sure the conglomerate Chapman family is rolling around in all those profits that they lowered their hiring requirements to that of a kindergartner. My quarter pounder with cheese ordered through the app that you always shove down peoples throats clearly says no pickles and extra cheese which I paid for. Somehow no extra cheese and bbq sauce was the alternative today on my sandwich. If you need help and assistance screening individuals for mental shortcomings I will volunteer my time because I know the Chapman family isn’t about to show up themselves ;)

I order from this particular McDonald's often because my kids like it and every single time I order they never have apple pies available. They say I can't get a refund, instead make me get a different item. Will not be returning to this particular McDonald's anymore.
