Zero stars if I could. I went in with my fam today, all 4 self-serve kiosks were down. I approached the front to have my order taken and realized after a few minutes of waiting around my family and I are a bunch of ghosts. There was 1 car in the drive thru and with about 10 or more employees at this location not one acknowledged us or even stepped up to the front counter to ask us if would like to order anything. So glad we walked out, this location actually saved me money today by not purchasing 4 meals. Great service Mcd’s!

Anytime I order *Quarter Pounder Deluxe*, I never get a deluxe. Also, this franchise here has been doing worse and worse with forgetting to complete the orders fully before sending it out. Not to brag, but I come there so often, and I can bet something is wrong at a minimum, and at the most, they only give you only the drinks. All I am trying to say is to tighten this ship up or promote someone to the manager to get it working correctly again. BTW, bring back super-sized and beef tallow greese used to fryParking: On the main door, you park cars up front, and when you go to leave, sometimes the drive-thru line is backed up, so you can not back out of your parking space. The drive-thru to the main front door being backed up is around 5 cars in line. Anything after that, any car parked in that row closest to the front door and handicap parking is blocked in.. I know the solution to this. I think the most effective and efficient way.

They tried to rip me off and put pickles in my Chicken nuggets box! Fries were cold and hard. Drove back to the store and because it was 11:15 pm they tried to ignore me through the drive-through. Until I got out of my car and knocked on the window the young kid, then replaced the chicken nuggets, with actual chicken nuggets! I then asked for a receipt. He put a whole bunch of things on this receipt that none of this was mine.The employee in the photo attached completely ignored me as I was trying to waive him down. He was unbothered, fixed himself a drink and walked away.
