2 hour wait for chicken fingers and fries and a wrap. Excuse they got backed up will have it out in 20 minutes. Obviously forgot my order but thanks for nothing. Long time customer a few times a week won’t be returning.

If not The Best Grandma pie on the planet…one of them! And NO PLACE LOCAL is even in the same stratosphere! Beyond that, they make amazing food period! Meatballs, boli’s, panini’s, calzones, right down to there excellent tomato sauce! Can’t say enough. Highly recommend!

Some things are good, other things are terrible. Received a pizza tonight that was disgusting and a half filled cannoli. Pepperoni knots were good.

Went there for the first time to pick up an order my daughter placed. Was basically ignored when I walked in. waited a few minutes then walked to the other side of the counter. Finally someone acknowledged me. Told her I was picking up an order. Different girl gave me the order. All the way back to the house to find out there was a 2 liter soda supposed to be with the order. Called and was told they can't refund that small amount to my card. I was told I'm supposed to get the soda out of the cooler. said they cant control that. really. you have the ticket with the order on it. I am a new customer who doesn't know how you run your business.

Just ordered a pie, a chicken Parmesan & a chx chz steak... I asked everything no peppers. & asked for mayo & ketchup. They didn’t put cheese.. on my CHEESE steak. (That is Mayo, not cheese) everything else was not bad. The only reason I ordered from this place was for the cheese steak though.. and there isn’t even cheese on it
