Horrible... whole order wrong and cold. Not only that my order was $12.72.. I gave the young lady $20.72 to get rid of my change. She froze up as if she didn't know what to do. Confused on why I gave her change and a $20. I should of caught on then. I get home and threw away my little 12 bucks because they did the total opposite of what I asked for.. no lettuce got extra, no beans and GOOD LORD GAVE ME A WHOLE CAN OF THEM WRAPPED WITH CHEESE. THE SHREDDED CHEESE LOOK AND FELT LIKE IT WAS SCRAPED OFF THE COUNTER OR PROBABLY FLOOR. CHEESE DONT GET THAT HARD UNLESS IT SITS IN AIR FOR 24 HOURS. I CAN WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THE ERROR THEY MADE. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO WORK AT NIGHT AND IF THEY DO THEY NEED REEVALUATION

Only went there twice because I refuse to go back, both times I ordered the three taco Loco 🌮 combo and at least one of the tacos had no meat and when I went to show the manager, I was told it's all measured and all the same, when clearly you could see that the taco I was showing them was half empty. Was not helpful and made it like I was talking false truth when their eyes could see it right in front of them. Worst Taco Bell ever!

This location has always provided me with a satisfactory experience. The drive through line was absolutely egregious yet somehow despite the turbulence, the workers persevered and were able to give me my order in a quick and efficient manner. My judgement was sagacious in coming to this Tacobell as I have always had an extraordinary experience.

I've ordered food before, including the delicious cinnamon twists. These were horribly rancid, tasted like chemicals. I had to throw away & contacted Doordash. I researched online and learn that TB often uses the same oil over and over again. It was definitely rancid.

This location habitually does not put any sauce in the bag with your order from drive through or mobile ordering/grub hub. They routinely leave items out of the order and the quality of the food is often marginal. The staff simply does not care what they are giving the customer. The location on rt-72 is so much better it's worth driving 3 times as far to get better food and service.
