The Blue Café in Basking Ridge is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and welcoming smiles set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The food was simply outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
A special shout-out to our waiter, Angel. This young gentleman is the definition of excellent customer service. Attentive without being intrusive, incredibly polite, and genuinely caring about making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and professional at such a young age — he truly elevated our entire experience.

I love everything about this place for breakfast, or lunch. It has Interesting food, extremely well executed, great coffee, excellent service, and jazz on the sound system. A placevto stop or meet regularly.
We stopped here for brunch today and what a gem! The menu had something for everyone. We had a polish donut ( which I would try if you haven’t before, delicious ) The chicken focaccia sandwich was incredible to say the least. Our fresh juice was just that, fresh and Healthy. Our waiter was more than pleasant and accommodating. The owner stopped by and we couldn’t rave enough!
