Horrible
Overpriced and rude staff
The worst service!!!!!!!!! It can't get any worse if they try
Offers everything a frozen yoghurt place has to offer with good customer service. Product is also good.
Best frozen yogurt ever
The frozen yoghurt (+toppings) itself tastes very good and it is worth it but there was a change in how the place worked and now it’s overpriced becouse everything costs basically the same (it gets weighed) and a normal cup of frozen yoghurt wich is maybe actually worth 6$ costs 15-20$
The frozen yogurt here is delicious and there are many flavor options as well as topping options. I’m knocking down stars because my initial visit was amazing with 3 ladies who were so kind and welcoming. One older woman and 2 younger girls were present who engaged in offering samples and were extremely kind and hospitable. I came back and one girl with dark hair, darker complexion, and black glasses wearing all black was soooooooo RUDE. She wasn’t even in the front when we entered the restaurant. She barely spoke when we were checking out and after handing us the bag, couldn’t even say thank you for stopping by or have a nice day. Owners should quickly get rid of these sour employees!

Went there recently with my mom. 2 cups of frozen yogurt with very little toppings cost 23$. I’ve never paid so much for frozen yogurt before. At checkout my order said 18$ and then it jumped to 23$. I have a feeling this place tipped on my behalf. Not happy and not returning here again.
It smelled like cleaning products, which is not appetizing. Overall it's a cute place and they have a lot of flavors and toppings. However, we got one cup that was 2/3 full and the other 1/3 full and we paid $18 for them together. Sticker shock and then it's too late to do anything about it. It's way more expensive than other fro yo places I've been. We won't be back.

Frozen Falls is a wonderful place to enjoy delicious FroYo. My entire family loves going there. It's clean, spacious and welcoming. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and helpful, especially Maureen. The toppings are always plentiful and the FroYo is tasty. We can't wait for our next visit!

FROZEN FAILS. The workers do not let you freely sample the different flavors. They walk over to the machine and will give you a sample of a specific flavor and then stare at you awkwardly until you throw away the paper cup. They do not let you sample more than one flavor, which forces you to blindly choose a flavor. I do not recommend this place. I didn’t like the flavor of my frozen yogurt and it was $15.
A little bit of ice cream is quite expensive. The espresso flavored one is sweeter than the chocolate one. I like my coffee to be a bit bitter and not too sweet.

Nasty Owner, treat customers absolutely wrong and rude…NEVER AGAIN! Careful with the flavors…they have wrong names, you go for cookies and cream but it’s coffee, then you tell the owner, she gets mad and wants you to pay for her own wrong advertising and mistakes! She gets Nasty when she doesn’t get away with her injustice…Bad person!

Used to come here when you ordered through the window and paid around $20 for two cups of froyo. When I went in recently with the new storefront where it’s self service, it was $31 for the same two cups. I have to pay more and now I’m also serving myself? Won’t be coming back as those prices are outrageous.
