this was my first time trying this bagel spot and it was 10/10. i looked at the menu and images they had and everything looked so good. i got a plain bagel with bacon, egg & cheese & my sister got the hungover wrap. the food was fresh, hot, & super delicious. i placed my order online through seamless & it only took 5 minutes for it to be ready. i will definitely be returning again!

Stopped here off 78 for a quick bite. First as we went to order they informed us they “closed the grill early” so what we wanted was not available. We opted for bagels. I asked for mine to be lightly toasted where as my husbands to be toasted. My husband’s bagel came out of the toaster first. When I saw my bagel it was not lightly toasted. When pointing it out to the worker preparing my bagel he argued back “it’s not hard” & instantly had an attitude while asking if I wanted him to redo it. I opted to not have someone with an attitude redo food & he finished preparing my bagel while slamming things around out of anger. Train your employees to have proper customer service or you will never have repeat customers. How is the “lightly toasted” bagel more toasted than the fully toasted? Makes no sense.

Donna the cash register lady has a fowl look on her face like if I owed her money or hurt her in some way I was gonna walk away and not purchase but I was hungry but the bagel is amazing and is the cream cheese just feel they need to put her in the back were she can't be seen and get someone with customer service skills and Actually cares about the well being of the business as opposed to look at it as a paycheck

4 dollars for a Bagel haver we lost our minds! Bagles are horrible i tried again but last time going there and women sitting on phone texting while i stood there. What a disgraceful place to spend money at. Walked in at 830, and the women already has a attitude, I say Please may I have and thank you. got to register shes got a puss on her face I say smile she rolls her eyes not even a Hello or thank you..I said I am not spending my money here..and leave..Place isnt clean and dingy to begin with and People made sure they go there during pandemic, and spent money there..Not me anymore!!!!

The bagels themselves are decent but everything else that goes on them is mediocre and the service is just horrible. Ordered roast beef today and they either gave me pastrami or the roast beef was rancid. I've been stopping in there for years and it's always been bad but it's actually gotten worse!
Stopped in and was NOT impressed, food in cooler looked old, man and woman counting money while we ordered, Food was okay but the female who prepared our sandwiches was NOT happy and got upset when we asked her which sandwich was which and the way she snatched and slung our items…. I snatched them back and we walked out. Poor attitude and after reading all the other reviews shocked they’re still in business… it was a cold wet rainy day it was too cold to sit and eat our items bc they had the windows and door open. Lucky we were just passing through and not locals

Every time I go here I think to myself, maybe this time it’ll be different. It’s not. Staff is unfriendly bordering on rude. But all that could be forgiven if the food was good. Bagels are great but when I order a sausage and cheese and I sit down and open it up and it’s ice cold I think to myself they got me again. I won’t be going back to this O’Bagel location again. Owners need to spend some time there and train their employees.

This place just tried to charge me $8 for a plain bagel with cream cheese. They have no prices on their menu that’s posted on the tv. The menu they have outdated prices apparently by up to .50 cents or more. But $8 for a bagel with cream cheese is absolutely insane. INSANE. This business should be ashamed and no one should ever pay that.
