Every time I go here I think to myself, maybe this time it’ll be different. It’s not. Staff is unfriendly bordering on rude. But all that could be forgiven if the food was good. Bagels are great but when I order a sausage and cheese and I sit down and open it up and it’s ice cold I think to myself they got me again. I won’t be going back to this O’Bagel location again. Owners need to spend some time there and train their employees.

This place just tried to charge me $8 for a plain bagel with cream cheese. They have no prices on their menu that’s posted on the tv. The menu they have outdated prices apparently by up to .50 cents or more. But $8 for a bagel with cream cheese is absolutely insane. INSANE. This business should be ashamed and no one should ever pay that.

I think the guy behind the ordering counter was high or just completely incompetent. I was on hold for 10 minutes trying to place an order so I decided to just make my way there while waiting on hold.. I arrived (still on hold) and the man behind the ordering counter didn’t even realize the phone had been on hold for over 10 minutes. I proceeded to order a western omelette platter.. I ended up getting an omelette sandwich? I don’t understand. Do better!

Only giving 2 stars cause the food is decent (when you get what you asked for). My crew and I are working nearby and have been getting bagels from here, every day someone's order has been wrong. Don't thinking about trying to call in an order. They forgot one of my sandwiches and then proceeded to ring up other customers as I stood there when I finally got my food. I will not be returning.

What a place, terrible food and then served by miserable people. I have never seen an establishment like this in my life. You walk in and you have a staff that looks so miserable and unhappy. The misery gets worst when you place an order.
And on top of everything, prices are bananas.

Best bagels around!! Although, for the first time ever, I got a salt bagel, when I asked for a “soft” bagel. They fixed it for me, just be careful if you like to order soft bagels, like I do :)

Got the best eagles drive the 20 minutes out of my way bc they always serve fresh bagels ? also friendly staff and reasonably priced. Also have some out door seating there as well as indoor seating.

Bagel was good but everyone there looked MISERABLE. I asked for another minute to figure out what I wanted and the kid taking my order just put his head down behind the counter and seemed annoyed.
July 2024. Very good staff, courteous with very good customer service, they make u feel welcome. Bagels r delicious crispy, good bacon and egg sandwiches with good portions at Excellent prices. Where I come from I would have to pay $22 for my order. 2 medium coffees, bacon and egg sandwich and cream cheese, and jelly on a cinnamon bagel. I would definitely recommend this place.

This bagel shop is a little gem. We visited early Saturday morning, just after opening. We ordered bagels with cream cheese to go. When we got to the car & began eating we realised that the bagels were still warm from being freshly baked & there was a delicious crispness to the bagels that we enjoyed!

I’m here for the bagels, they are pretty damn good. Crispy on the outside but soft in the inside.Just perfect! Staff however sucks! Specially the cashier lady. Very unfriendly atmosphere no one greets you.
