Absolutely love whenever we run into Testo for pizza. Very tasty Neapolitan style pies with the standard favorites and a couple of awesome speciality options that change up seasonally! Would add a photo but we ate all of our pizza already!

One of the coolest portable kitchens I’ve ever seen. Truffle pizza was amazing. Best pizza I’ve had in this area, Neapolitan is really hard to perfect and they did just that. Will be coming back.

We had the pleasure of Testo serving dinner at our wedding and it was spectacular! Not only were they super friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions, their pizza is DELICIOUS! Stefan and Mila are 2 wonderful people with a passion for pizza that elevated our wedding food to a whole new level! If you want a pizza food truck for your wedding, you have got to book these guys! Just had their pizza for the first time at Duke Farms market. Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had! Their olive oil simply delish!! Highly recommend!

Have been following this little pizza truck around Central NJ for the past couple of months after first trying their pizzas at Dogwood Farms in Basking Ridge. While the pizzas are small (and a tad pricey), I’d say they’re worth every cent. Testo primarily operates on weekends, with hours and locations posted on their website and their Instagram (@testo.pizza). Testo aims for the highest of quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Therefore, pizza toppings and specialties vary weekly based on seasonal availability. I frequent their Margherita pie, but also tried one of their sweet corn and bacon specialties back in the summer. Specialty combinations are unique and deliciously paired. Pizzas only take about 10 minutes to cook and are always cooked to perfection. The crust is light, great sauce to cheese ratio (they also offer vegan cheese!!), and fresh basil to top it all off. Would keep an eye out for Testo in the area and also would recommend for private events- they’re definitely a crowd pleaser!
