Once again an awesome time we had Saturday 2/1 Pizza/meatballs/roast beef/mozz sticks/fried shrimp all great but not as great as the bartenders! Thanks again TBG… can’t wait to return! The 6 of us loved it!!
I just gotta give a HUGE shout out and even bigger THANK YOU, to Joey Palumbo & the staff at Tony's Baltimore Grill! So I was in court in AC on Thursday (for work, no worries lol), and we had a 2 hour lunch recess. We decided to go get some lunch. Since our lawyer was from way up north, I suggested we go to Tony's for some pizza. Not only was the pizza absolutely delicious, but I didn't realize that I had left my wallet on the table! I thought it was lost somewhere in my truck (I have my truck packed full of stuff at the moment). Yesterday afternoon there was a knock on my door at home, and it was one of there employees Joey, returning my wallet to me! They went to great lengths to find me and return my wallet to me. They called my office and left a message, sent me an email to my work, but since I don't work on the weekends, they decided to just go to the address on my DL of drop it off personally! Restores my faith in humanity. Nothing was missing, and they saved me a lot of work trying to report everything lost & replacing everything inside! Thank you so so much! I am EXTREMELY grateful!
I placed an order to pickup, then tapped to pay when I arrived. Usually, the cashier flips the screen for you to sign, tip (if you want), and then choose your receipt option. Last night she didn’t, she just did everything on her own. So, I wanted a receipt. I noticed that she decided to tip herself without my permission. That’s why she didn’t want to flip the screen. That’s also stealing from customers. This was NOT a mistake, the amount added wasn’t a percentage of my total, it was typed in. Not cool at all!
So I gotta say, I never thought I would give this place a second try, but im glad I did. one of the better bar pies i have had. Nice fresh and crispy. Made for a perfect late night dinner. Drinks are affordable and I was happy.to.see you had the champagne of beers on tap.
ordered a cheese pie the other day & definitely a good pizza, i’ll get it from now on when im in town
frozen dough, tiny pizza, canned sauce ,overpriced trash! do yourself a favor and order dominoes or papa johns! this is an embarrassment of a pizza joint in jersey!
After we finally discovered this little gem we were hooked! It’s so nice to have a place to eat late night when you’re hungry and the food is fantastic! The spaghetti and meatballs are amazing along with the salad, pizza and who can forget the warm bread? As for the staff, always welcoming! Luckily we’ve had the same waitress, Pamela, each time we’ve been there and she’s so great! I looked forward to this place when we came back to AC and it did not disappoint! THANK YOU PAMELA for a fantastic experience each time we dine!
Pub in one room, dining in another. Vintage decor, old-school friendly service in this legacy family owned and operated property. Excellent pizza and pasta, prices are right, it's terrific.
Great place! I’m not particularly a fan of Atlantic city, but this place is awesome. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you’re in town good food and not pricey like most other places.
When you’re done with the glitz of the casino restaurants, roll up your sleeves and get busy with a clams casino pizza. Get the salad too, it’s huge. The bartenders are some of the best in the business. This place is old school perfection.

Fantastic service! I was starving and the salad was on the table in the blink of an eye. Rustic old time pizzeria that brings you back to your childhood. Food is great service is fantastic! I will definitely be back! Hard to find that home town feeling AC but this is it. 70’s style ?
Thin paper plates is what you eat on. Still. The pizza Used to taste better before the place was bought over. No frills service and dining.
We just left, and we couldn’t be happier (or more full!). We are staying at the Tropicana, and wanted to get out of the casino environment for a bit. We found Tony’s just a short block away. First impression: that “retro” vibe new places spend fortunes trying to replicate can’t touch this true original. Clean as a whistle with a juke box in every booth, it has a very warm ambiance. Next, the staff. Our server was Karen. She made us feel right at him from the moment we entered. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us several times. You can tell she is proud of Tony’s and told us a brief history when we asked (Tony’s is almost 100 years old!) Mike the kitchen manager introduced himself and also checked on us. Finally, the FOOD! We split an order of onion rings as an app, which was hot, crispy, and good. My wife ordered the ravioli, and I ordered the half spaghetti/half ravioli. The food was excellent, and the orders were HUGE! We couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices were. Let me add that we saw amazing pizzas leave the kitchen. We’re going back tomorrow for a pizza. We recommend this place highly.
I spent a summer in Atlantic City, back in 1972. Six of us shared an apartment. Every night after work, we'd come to Tony's for a bite to eat. Today, hubby & I came for dinner. It's great to return after all these years! The place hasn't changed, at all. It's like a time warp. The food is still very good. The prices are reasonable. They play the best music. The staff is friendly & cheerful. There's nothing to dislike. Go & enjoy!
We happened upon Tony’s after learning other local Italian places weren't open on Tuesdays or for lunch. And what a lucky thing that was - Tony’s is amazing! It’s an authentic, homemade institution that earns its long-standing reputation for great food and service. We had spaghetti and meatballs and a specialty pizza with sausage and cherry peppers. Both were fantastic and the service could not have been better. If you’re in from out of town give Tony’s a chance. You won’t be disappointed!
