every time I come here they screw up something with my order.this time I had asked for pork roll and cheese on an asiago roll and I got pork roll egg and cheese on a cheddar roll. how hard is it to get a one item order correct. they definitely have run out of chances I won't be back
Stopped by this morning with my son , wow what a top notch Manhattan bagel . I’ve never witnessed a business be more attentive , realizing we had been standing waiting, we were checked on , our order ticket was thrown away, it’s a very busy store and you can see why with the customer service . The owner then gave my son a cookie for waiting so patiently and apologized for the delay. My daughter and some of her dance team were at Manhattan Bagel this morning fundraising and the owner was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and even allowed the girls to sit inside because it was cold out this morning. We also had breakfast and coffee and everything with was delicious. Bayville location is great spot!
