This morning I placed a very large order for my family's annual gathering for Beachwoods Candy Cane Toss. Over 50 items total, 27 of them breakfast sandwiches. All different. I dropped off the list to them yesterday and asked for it to be ready at 9am. It was ready on time, everything was hot AND everything was 100% accurate. And this was the second year in a row they did this. I have used 3 different bagel shops previously and none of them got everything item right.

I ordered online. Got avacodo on a sausage egg and cheese, that is not how it was ordered. No where on the order was there avacodo. When I called the person who answered the phone their resolution was to say no avacodo next time. THE SANDWICH DOESN'T COME WITH IT!!! So I have to say no avacodo for everything I order? He did not offer to fix the issue. And said the only thing he could tell me was to say no avacodo. My fiance can't eat his sandwich now because he has a sensitivity to it. Unreal. Service needs to be trained better.

So I've been coming to you guys for a long time, but your bagels are extremely small now and almost hollow inside?? Whats going on? I wold rather pay the price you charge for bigger bagels that are not hollow inside I understand cost of ingredients went up but instead of making your bagels smaller and using less dough and keeping your price higher it would be great if your bagels were the size they used to be again I feel like I'm paying for nothing these bagels are extremely tiny and when I tell you how I cut the bagel open and there is no bread inside please think about this and your bagels are not cheap they used to be bigger hardier these are extremely small I'm disappointed

Went in and placed our order for three sandwiches figured it would be a very simple order. The first complaint that I have is I’m not sure if it’s new owners or a new way of doing things but their pork roll is sliced so thin now that you don’t even taste it on the sandwich anymore. Second issue is, I placed my order. The cashier read my order back. We got the order to the house and the order was wrong. I asked for salt, pepper and ketchup on one of my sandwiches. They put so much pepper on the sandwich that it was literally setting my mouth on fire talk about over seasoning. I don’t know what happened to this place over the last year or so it used to be fantastic but the people that are running it now just went downhill and it is not good as it used to be. I actually would prefer to go to a local bagel shop or cook them myself then go back into Manhattan bagel again

The owner is super nice to customers. He knows me by first name when I walk in, and knows my order. The staff know my order and have it made within 2 to 3 minutes.

Great bagels and good service! We go every Sunday. We order online and it’s ready when we get there.
I used to get breakfast from here all the time, more recently the bacon, egg and cheese bagel that I've always ordered has been terrible and the muffins used to be great are now always stale but the most recent order I had was by far the worst, I luckily took the wrapping off a blueberry muffin before giving some to my children and seen mold all over the bottom! I was absolutely disgusted and can no longer comfortably get food from here

Save your money. This is just an overpriced bagel shop that doesn’t know how to make a true jersey PREC. the bagels are small and dry, they are very stingy with the porkroll, and put like a dot of ketchup on the sandwich. I’ve been ordering here for over a year now and my sandwich always appears as so. The only reason I come here is because I love the Asiago bagel, but now I’ve found a local business bagel shop that is more price efficient, and the food quality is ten times better. bigger bagels, stacked meat, and very cheesy. Shoutout OWAB

We have been regular customers over the past 3 yr or so. but always on Sun AM. Today I came alone on a Tues for the first time in memory. After I entered the restaurant at about 11A, there was just the one man attending (unlike the usual 4 person crew on a Sunday who are 5 star). He ignored me -- attending after a couple of min to the 1 other person who paid for a "table sit bill" and left. Then over about the next 10 min (restaurant empty except for the both of us) he contd to not even make eye contact despite my final effort to get his attention. Instead he finally answered the phone and began to cook up a new breakfast order. I departed for "a competitor" store nearby.
