First and likely last time here given several better and less expensive bagel shops in the area. There were only 2 others here eating when we arrived. Our order was taken quickly and pleasantly, but the good ended there. The bagels were the smallest I have come across. Nearly as small as "flagels" that you can find at some other places. Ice cold ketchup on an undercooked bagel ? A bagel should be warm at all times. Also , Ketchup made the bagel soggy. Other than that the bagel recipe is excellent but preparation is awful

Stopped by this morning with my son , wow what a top notch Manhattan bagel . I’ve never witnessed a business be more attentive , realizing we had been standing waiting, we were checked on , our order ticket was thrown away, it’s a very busy store and you can see why with the customer service . The owner then gave my son a cookie for waiting so patiently and apologized for the delay. I expressed to him that I was patient and had no issue waiting and a cookie was not necessary...
