We love The Sweet Shack in Bayville! I placed an online order and didn’t realize they’re only open on weekends now that the season’s ending. Totally my mistake — but the owner happened to stop by the shop, saw my order, called me, and actually went out of their way to make it for me! They even threw in some free ice cream sandwiches! 🍦
That’s seriously next-level customer service. They didn’t have to do that, but it shows how much they care about their customers. We come here all the time and have even brought friends from out of town — everyone loves it just as much as we do.
Such an awesome local spot with great people and even better treats!

My first time at The Sweet Shack ordered a cold brew added some espresso shot, cold foam and pistachio flavoring. The owner whipped it right up and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend The Sweet Shack also I must add that the customer service went above and beyond, such a great place and I’ll be back real soon for the Hunky Monkey Protein Shake.❤️🙏🏼🙌🏼☕️

Love this place! Stopped in with a good friend, I got a strawberry milk shake she got an ice cream cone. I always look for the pup cups but they were out but the young lady told us she would make two for us. Everyone was very happy 😊

Over priced icecream paid $15 for a small hard icecream and a medium soft serve. The icecream isn’t even made by them. Majority of them are Kemps brand. Will not be coming back.
