Great food with quick and friendly service

I was very disappointed when I asked for a gluten free bagel with sausage and egg. No cheese! To go. I get to my destination and find my sandwich smothered in cheese. I had to drive all the way back to get a new sandwich and they ladies behind the counter didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I showed them my receipt that clearly showed “no cheese”, and they threw it away! I needed that receipt as it was a work thing. They were able to print out a new receipt but it didn’t show the tip I left them, again needing to show proof for work.
I don’t think I will be going back to this establishment!

I was here on Monday morning at 9:30 am, asked for a cinnamon raising with cream cheese, sorry we are all out of cinnamon raisin. How about an everything with cream cheese, sorry all out of everything. I thought I was at a bagel shop, not even a we are making more. The deli case is all disarranged. Has gone down hill since first opened.

Rude worker, ask if she was going to change glove after take off shoe to kill bug. Her and the Manager got Rude with me.

Freshest bagels my husband and I have ever had! We got the everything, whole wheat everything, French toast, and blueberry bagels. ALL of them were AMAZING! Highly recommend

Third time I have asked for well done bacon and it was not well done. Some of the workers have a could care less attitude.

I got mexican sausage breakfast sandwich, they put wayyyyy too much pepper on it. Also got a bagel with veggie cream and the veggie cream tastes so rotten, it was disgusting. I’ll never be back here again.

I was there earlier today. Gia and Melissa were wonderful. They were polite and they made suggestions for their new coffee. The staff is always courteous and happy. I go there for the fresh soft bagels. I have never had issues with the bagels being too hard to bite into. The place is always clean and they have so many things to choose from. I only wish they stayed open later. LOL

I have seen some recent poor reviews recently but I have ordered twice in the last two days and have been happy with the results. PEC and BEC were great. Ordered once for pick up and once delivery. The fact that they deliver breakfast is great and they were quick. My only problem was requested scrambled egg and got it fried, no big deal. Overall great experience, good food, good quality great delivery.

Walked in thirty minutes to closing. We had avocado toast and a bagel with lox, as well as a dirty monkey smoothie. Everything was delicious and fresh. Service was very efficient and kind! Atmosphere was clean and orderly.

I figured I’d give this place a try. Called to place a pickup order for 3 bagels and an order of hashbrowns. The phone call took 10 minutes, she mentioned she was new, which I completely understand and was extremely patient. I drove 20 mins to get there, I paid for my order ($23) and waited more time for it to be ready, and then got called over when I was waiting for the order to tell me they have 1 of the 3 bagels that I ordered. Took the ride, paid an expensive amount for what I ordered, and waited. When I was told they didn’t have more than half my order, they gave me my cash back, but what a waste of time! Heard other customers inside as well expressing they waited long for their order and it was done either wrong, or soggy, and not toasted. Never again!
