my sandwich came out of the bag looking exactly like you would expect if you put something heavy on top of something soft soI called to ask about my heavy Joe Tea being put on top of my soft (supposed to be) fluffy roll. The woman on the phone said it was a normal way of packing delivery orders. Never would I pack an order like that heaviest Items go on the bottom. She then proceeds to have a tone after i said you guys should fix that because that’s not correct. The staff should be retrained and this is not acceptable or how to resolve someone just trying to let you know that something isn’t right no need to be passive aggressive in your tone. Tone should also be worked on if you’re going to work in the service industry especially when handling calls. She said nothing “wrong” but her words were said very poorly. Me a 19-year-old shouldn’t know better than a business It’s been nothing but complaints since new ownership is the owner in the shop. Do they actually know what their employees are doing?

Used to love coming to this place. Today I pulled 3 hairs out of my bagel sandwich. They didn’t even put spk on it after I asked twice. Poor run establishment and could be cleaner. Hair nets are needed.
To start off - food/bagels are always good in my opinion. My issue is the service… never before in my life have I gotten anxiety until I walk in and order food. The pace and lack of concern and how you’re greeted is unacceptable. The staff and in my opinion having the right staff you can layoff half - is slow, lacks initiative and is not efficient.
Walking in - especially when no customers are there and the 3 women are talking more than they are working delaying the customer is unacceptable. You may be at work already but your customers, especially the customers at 6am have jobs to get to and do not want to hear your conversations.
Again - I like the food think it’s very good and always like the bagels but please either change your staff or train them better.

I walked in and stood there for a few minutes while three employees behind the counter all ignored me. The woman at the counter was looking through her mail.
I used to come here pretty often, but I will say lately (past few months or so) I've been more and more disappointed with the food here. It's been a variety of quality issues or missing items... Such as the example seen below of my pork roll egg and cheese in which they entirely forgot the egg. Hopefully things turn around because it's convenient being close to home. That said, if one does go here, triple check your order before leaving the store, because there's a high chance something is wrong with your order.

They always have a plentiful supply of gluten free bagels (plain, everything, seasame, cinnamon raisin) which are actually good! I would say the best gluten free bagels around :)

I got the pork roll eggs and cheese on a cinnamon bagel, along with a duplicate order just on a blueberry bagel. And an nitro coffee, everything was absolutely delish! But.. I kept eating egg shells in my sand-which… I don’t appreciate a rush like that happening. The staff needs to take the time to make sure there are no egg shells in the sandwhiches going forward.. that’s my only downfall… and they should be more careful. God forbid I, or someone else choked, or got an egg shell lodged in their esophagus.. it would be a horror shot for them.. I enjoyed the meal, but am glad I was able to not choke and pick out the egg shells… and was also a little annoyed about hr egg shells. Smh.. I know nothing is perfect, but please just be careful. For your business, and also others lives as well.

I’m so glad I found this place! They give a decent amount of pork roll on their bagel sandwiches and the bagels are really tasty! Plus they are open till 2 with good options still available later in their day. Highly recommend trying them out!

I was very disappointed when I asked for a gluten free bagel with sausage and egg. No cheese! To go. I get to my destination and find my sandwich smothered in cheese. I had to drive all the way back to get a new sandwich and they ladies behind the counter didn’t even apologize for the mistake. I showed them my receipt that clearly showed “no cheese”, and they threw it away! I needed that receipt as it was a work thing. They were able to print out a new receipt but it didn’t show the tip I left them, again needing to show proof for work.
I don’t think I will be going back to this establishment!
I was here on Monday morning at 9:30 am, asked for a cinnamon raising with cream cheese, sorry we are all out of cinnamon raisin. How about an everything with cream cheese, sorry all out of everything. I thought I was at a bagel shop, not even a we are making more. The deli case is all disarranged. Has gone down hill since first opened.
Rude worker, ask if she was going to change glove after take off shoe to kill bug. Her and the Manager got Rude with me.
Freshest bagels my husband and I have ever had! We got the everything, whole wheat everything, French toast, and blueberry bagels. ALL of them were AMAZING! Highly recommend
Third time I have asked for well done bacon and it was not well done. Some of the workers have a could care less attitude.
