It just keep getting worse, 20-25 min wait for a bagel with cream cheese, bagels were over proofed, prices are outrageous and the quality keeps going down hill

Wish I could give you guys 5 stars, but you get 2. Extra star because the food is atleast decent. Quickly overshadowed by the rude stuff and weekly order mess ups. Shame since it’s so close I wish the staff would atleast try to be personable and read the tickets for the food they are making.

100% one of my favorite go-to breakfast places. Everything is well made, wraps tightly rolled and bagels always fresh.
Under new ownership! BEWARE !! We used to love Joes bagels and sandwiches until new owners took over! I ordered an Italian hero that was supposed to be Boars Head meats! The bread was so stale that it was crunchy and fell apart when I bit into it and the meat definitely was not a quality type of cold cuts! My wife ordered a roast beef and Swiss and the roll was also stale! The roast beef looked like it was on the shelf for a while and had no flavor! It was very disappointing because it was one of our favorite places for a quick bite up until now! How can you make a sandwich and not realize that the bread is falling apart and stale or smell the meat? And did have a slight smell. How do you not notice the color of the meat while you are assembling the sandwich? Roast beef should never be sold when it turns grey!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I don't know how they will stay in business if this is how they serve their patrons!!

I had a Tex mex burrito and it was incredible! It had freshly made pico de gallo, and this was the first place I've been to with that. Also had a caramel cold brew and it was delicious. Bacon egg and cheese was good too, hard to rate that cus it's so standard but all in all, food was great and the place was clean, neat and looked new. There was space to eat your food too. Glad we stumbled upon it.

I’ve been here many times to get bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are pretty good, and so are the sandwiches. There usually is a line in the morning. Cashiers are friendly and attentive. There are tables, chairs, and a bathroom.
