I’ve been a loyal customer of Stonefire Grill for the past year, but my recent experience left me feeling deceived and disappointed. The restaurant automatically adds a 3.5% surcharge to the bill without asking whether you’re paying cash or card—a decision that not only increases your sales tax but also inflates the tip amount since it’s calculated off the higher total.
What’s worse is that they don’t notify you or ask your payment method before presenting the final bill. This is a deceptive and misleading practice, and it feels like a quiet way to squeeze extra money from customers without transparency.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I’ll no longer be returning. I hope Stonefire Grill reconsiders how they handle this practice going forward.

I must say, I went in solely based on reviews and was happy to do so. The appetizers were good, only thing I'd recommend if they're worried about presentation, do not send out burnt bread with the clams, not a good look. Other than that, the food was good. Nice decent sized portions and the prices were great. Would give it another go.

This place downsized their wings including the quality of them. So the wings are smaller and can't hold in flavor as well and worse of all still have them priced the same as when they use to have the bigger and better wings. It's a shame I use to come here being a local but that ended sadly.
