Brooke helped me so much. She had me test every single flavor i wanted and was so nice. Packed my bag nicely and has great service. yay!! recommend coming here

Very upset with with a cake I purchased tonight. I'm sorry but my 6yr old could have done better with the writing on the cake.

The store was clean and calm. The customer service was great, they were pleasant and patient with my children who were undecided on flavors. I got the chocolate fudge brownie and it was great.

My mom's job was having a party for their employees and they decided they wanted to hire the mister softee truck. They were supposed to come for LUNCH and they NEVER SHOWED. An employee called the store and they said " oh we overbooked. We'll come at 3" when every worker is gone by then. They waited over 2 hours and mister softee NEVER called to tell them. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I don't know how you don't tell a customer that you are not showing after they paid $150 to have you show up. Really bad customer service. I would not recommend the truck at all.

If you're looking for a disappointing experience then look no further than Mr Softee, where you’ll find a dirty establishment run by a bunch of unsupervised, rude kids. Ice cream served with a smile, anyone? Nope…not here! How about a neatly swirled cone? No, you won’t find that here either! If you’re looking for a lopsided cone with ice cream dripping out of the bottom of the broken cone and eye-rolling kids serving it to you, then this place is for you! The only thing Mr Softee serves is a tall order of disappointment!

I was at your store on Hooper avenue in brick Nj , on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. with 3 of my friends. It was pretty busy n only 1 kid was working. I wanted to let you know that the young man working that shift was very professional. Kept calm n friendly all while serving quite a few people. Which I also feel that the customers kept calm while the were waiting there turn.
We were all very impressed with him.

Customer service was great but I felt forced to tipping. I order a vanilla milkshake which cost me $11. I had my order to go. Just find this a little awkward when the person at the register saw me paying with the card ask me how much I wanna tip.
