Loved the customer service!! The staff are so nice and helpful, and they didn’t take too long for the order I had. Also made the order correctly!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received. From beginning to end, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The staff, Mark, Avery & Emily, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and their warm, attentive approach truly stood out. It’s rare to find such dedication and excellence these days, and I am grateful for the experience. I will definitely be recommending their services to family and friends.

Walked in right after someone was ordering their ice cream and they told us they were closed. Only 2 people, and I understand they close at 9, but that was a little extra, it was 9:02 and they told us we couldn’t get our ice cream after the women in front of us got hers..

I received a phone call from the New Owners and the gentleman was very nice and apologetic. I have returned to the store and so far so good. Christian especially has gone beyond what I consider excellent customer service. This young man I see nothing but success in which ever career he chooses in his life. The owners are very fortunate to have an employee like Christian. He definitely is management material. I give the owners and especially Christian 6 stars along with some of the new employees.

I wish I was able to leave a review without having to press 1 star. I have spent a nice amount of money at this store including leaving decent tips. I have done nothing but give good advice to young kids that either it's their first job or never worked in the food industry. Asking an employee to wipe the ice cream container or please fill the triple pint up all the way since it's so expensive $21 plus including extra toppings. Tonight and this past weekend again I did not get what i ordered through door dash. So I had enough and i called the store to voice my complaint, Instead I am accused of harassing employees by Avery the young manager. Talk about bad customer service especially from the Manager. He did nothing but defend himself along with the young kids that work there. All I asked for is to give me what I paid for and I would bring the container in to show him the next day. Avery swore the order was correct and that his employees get nothing but complaints about me harassing the employees. This is new to me. Asking the employee to fill the container up and please just wipe the outside of the container before putting it in a bag that's harassment when the employees should know better. Many times I have been kind and tipped well. It's definitely hurtful to be accused of harassment. I would like a phone call from the manager which I requested Avery to have him call me. So let's see if Avery gives the owner the message. If not he lost a good customer. And to the owner I suggest u have random friends and family members randomly go place some orders and see how your employees interact with the customers and handle the product you sell. You may think differently and see for yourself.

Coldstone of Bedminster employee, Harsha, is EXTREMELY helpful when picking out ice cream flavors. She is very patient and swift when it comes to making ice cream… 10/10 service

I went to Coldstone and the worker named Harsha Balala was very friendly and gave me a rrally yummy ice cream. Would come back again, especially if Harsha is working!

I love it when I have to drive out to Bedminster. On my first time visit I met Chris, he was tossing the ice cream in the air and catching it. I asked if they had Cherry Vanilla. They did not, but Chris says, “I can make it for you”. I’ve never heard such a thing. Chris made the ultimate cherry vanilla bean ice cream. He asked if I wanted topping. I was already intrigued. I asked what would he suggest. He said almonds. Oh my! The most delicious ice cream I’ve had. I deserve to have this treat in life. So now when I drive out to Bedminster I can’t wait to get to Cold Stone. In addition I went to another Cold Stone Creamery. When I asked if they could make the cherry vanilla they did not have cherries. I had vanilla with almonds but it just was not the same. I can’t wait to get back to Bedminster’s Cold Stone.

Chris was very nice and energetic. He threw around the ice cream around and caught it. He left us leaving with a smile on our faces. The Ice cream was cold and delicious. Would come back.

My 3 year old loves the Birthday Cake Remix, we always enjoy coming here when we have the chance. When I visited most recently, a very friendly employee named Christian went above and beyond to make my order perfect! Thanks ColdStone! 🎉❤️😃
