Came in Monday and the store was VERY clean. The two girls working (seemed like they were friends) were very attentive and my ice cream was so good!! The store needs tables though.❤️

My favorite ice cream franchise EVER!! Nonetheless, this location never disappoints! I usually always get the chocolate devotion size in their Triple Pint size to go since everyone in my family loves it. They have the sweetest employees, always mixing in extra toppings in the ice cream. One time, one of the employees made extra so she just gave it to us and it was the size of the gotta have it! I recently started getting the waffle bowls and I love how crispy and fresh it is! In terms of ambiance, the store is quite small, they only have two or three tables so it's best to go somewhere else to eat it and enjoy it. I will definitely be coming back!

I really love their ice cream. The problem is everything else. I normally order through door dash and half the time they stop taking orders even while they're still open. I have called in the past to ask why they stopped and their answer was they ran out of ice cream. This happens nonstop. Also, plenty of times I drive there and they have closed before closing time. I assume for the same reason. It's pretty sad they have a great product but are so unorganized.

Well, they get the stars purely on service because the young guy working there was very nice and tried hard to make it work but wow are their smoothies AAWFULLL. It was like watered down lumpy gruel. He saw my expression and remade it but nah (I get the feeling this is a common issue). I’m not picky at all when it comes to ice cream but I couldn’t stomach it. Offered a refund without me having to ask and apologized so kudos for being kind and understanding. I felt horrible but $7 for a small cup of goopy nonsense? I don’t think so..

I as soon as I entered store today noticed floor was not cleaned at all, looked like never vacuumed for months. We ordered chocolate ice-cream right away noticed big dead mosquitoes on top and we left the store right away as I was skeptical of ordering ice-cream as soon as I entered. Store need serious hygiene practices and cleaning .
Coldstone is usually always five stars with me, but that's when I visit the one in Woodbridge. I visited this one in Bedminster today and rough... the two teenagers working weren't wearing gloves while prepping the icecream, which is super unsanitary and they were so inefficient. The first time my order was made the worker doused it in chocolate sauce and the icecream looked like soup Next time, I'll just drive the extra half hour to the location in Woodbridge.

We got here around 7:30 pm on a freezing cold night. There were a few more people than we thought but the service was great. There was young lady working when we got there so we waited a bit and a young gentleman came to help us. All three of us ordered our ice cream and were treated very courteously. Let me also mention I LOVE ice cream! I'm not a huge fan of Coldstones in general bc I don't like too many things inside my ice cream. But since we all wanted ice cream and this was the closest I wasn't going to refuse. To my surprise, and pleasure, when he made our ice cream he cut up the candy pieces really small so it almost became one with the ice cream rather than a large chunk of Reese's in the bowl. A friend had an ice cream with fruit in it and he didn't completely break up the fruit so there was nice texture in the ice cream. Again, since I don't frequent the chain I'm not sure if this is how they do it everywhere- but, we ordered the small size to go/with a lid. He made it in a small cup then put the small cup inside a medium cup and put a lid on the medium cup. Since there is no seating inside, we ate in the car. This way of packing it really prevented a mess and I'm really grateful that he did it in such a way. Like I said, I'm not a huge fan of Coldstone style ice cream but if I had to pick, I'd say this was the best experience I've had at a Coldstone and would consider coming back here. No pictures since it was below freezing by the time I opened my ice cream.

I went in today to get an ice-cream for myself .The young man working there was so pleasant and warm.I ended up tasting some new flavors and also got 2 more ice creams to go .He calls himself Christian. We need more people like him working with that pleasant attitude , makes this world a better place ?and of course makes you enjoy the icecream and return for more!

The stars are bc the ice cream is good. HOWEVER I called all day yesterday to order ice cream pie for today and no answer for 6 hours. Soooo frustrating. Has happened many times in the past they are only open sporadically it seems so will order ice cream cakes elsewhere
