I have to admit their bagels are not bad. The lox spread is very good. Sadly, the guy that runs the place (even just picking up bagels) such a miserable experience that I probably only go there twice a year or if I’m completely desperate.
Very unsanitary handling food without gloves. Touching surfaces, then touching bagels. Even getting an attitude when called out on it is insane. At what point did your workers decide you can do whatever you want when handling food!?? There’s a different outbreak every week it seems, and having an issue practicing sanitary food handling should NEVER be a problem! My first and LAST time giving this establishment a try!
He had so much of an attitude that my bagel was not even done how I asked!

Got a dozen bagels today and a pound of cream cheese. Bagels were fresh and excellent and the cream cheese was very creamy. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoy Lil Pickles for a quick bite to eat. Conveniently located not far from I-78, the place has a nice local favorites feel to it. The owner is very friendly and the menu selection is pretty great. I’ve really enjoyed their bagels the last couple visits, just the right texture, and the bomber sandwiches are great. The crunch of the hash brown really adds to the experience for your standard breakfast sandwich. I recommend you give them a try.

Absolutely horrible experience today. Called in an order, was not given a time frame. Arrived about 20 minutes later and the food was not ready yet. When we arrived the woman working the counter was on the phone (was not an order) and didn't acknowledge my wife and I. She checked with the kitchen and then proceeded to get back on the phone and have one of the guys ring us out. We get home and lo and behold the order is incorrect. We called to see if there was anything that could be done and was told "you got what you ordered" I then told them if the woman working the counter can't take orders she shouldn't be employed in that role. I was then told I only charged you for what you got. No offer of any resolution for screwing up all three dishes.
TLDR: all 3 orders were incorrect and when we called to see if there could be any resolution we were effectively told "to bad so sad" I most definitely will not being giving them any business in the future.
Double check all your stuff before you leave if you bother coming here
I got a classic bomber breakfast sandwich. It was overpriced and under delivered. $12 for this breakfast sandwich is a rip off and don’t blame inflation. The hash brown was absolutely terrible, like a week old McDonald’s hash brown. The egg was flat and the whole sandwich was rushed and thrown together and not worth $12 . At all.
