Different doesn't always mean it's better. I like the idea of fresh pressed tortillas as a concept, and you do notice a difference between theirs and other Mexican chains. The quality of the other ingredients is okay at best, although the guacamole was mostly to my liking this particular day. I ordered a steak quesadilla, chips, guacamole, and a small drink for $20. The steak was cut really small and wasn't a huge portion. This didn't feel like a great value for the quality or size of the meal. The staff at the counter didn't seem like they were great at communicating with customers but they were friendly enough. I would probably go back but I'm not clamouring to go again anytime soon.

Love this Pancheros! The burrito fillings are mixed well and tortillas are delicious. The taco salads and quesadillas are also quite good. I usually like the steak or tofu options. The saucier the better flavor. The staff is usually pretty nice.Now for my standard comments as of December 2023. Location is kept clean and seating is both comfortable and spacious.

Funny they’re are 20 different toppings to choose from. No extra charge. My kid only eats four toppings. I asked for an extra scoop of corn he said that’s extra. Why would it be extra if all the other toppings are free. Anyway more about customer service then paying 16.00 for a burrito with four
It's usually good, but the last time i was there, the kid working was serving food and handling money with the same gloves. I walked out.

My husband and I were looking for a good taco place near by. I hate leaving bad reviews. We came around 6 pm and it wasn't busy. We were so hungry and looking forward to some good food. We ordered tacos and a salad, can't have gluten. We assumed that we would have a nice good salad and tacos. Both of our lettuce was wilted and the guacamole was brownish, didn't even eat it and tomatoes were soggy. For spending over $15 per plate they didn't have an answer to why the food wasn't fresh, I know they just work there and it's not their fault. I don't know how often they switch the food but I've been to plenty of chipotle style restaurants and their food is fresh. The place was clean and the staff was courteous though. They did end up making us some fresh guacamole and brand new chicken, even the employee agreed the food didn't look fresh and he did apologize.

Hello... I went to Panchero's here in Bedminster NJ the guy that served me was very nice and I had a code that I got from doing the survey and this employee tried to help me but didn't have any success in entering the code into their system the thing I wanted to mention was that the other employee that came out to help was this older spanish women that has been at this location for a long time she is polite but not friendly and she talked to the male employee with a lower volume so I couldn't hear what she was telling the male employee. It just looked shady what she was doing and I feel like I will not go back to this panchero's any more. I paid her for the food but she didn't give me back the receipt that I had asked for. She didn't even say good bye or thank you...She never look happy...I would like to tell her to get another job if she is not happy working at that Panchero's...
