We ordered out for Sakana. The food was excellent but they did not have our meal ready in time. Over looking this mishap, we really enjoyed the sushi and the vegetarian in our group felt the choices and quality were excellent and the best sushi in the area.

Living close by And having a sushi addiction, I want to love this place… but sadly i can’t get there. It’s disgusting! Every time I get anything w salmon it tastes fishy, stringy and chewy. I ordered 3 rolls last night and only ate 3 pieces - one from each. It was so bad I threw the whole thing away. Honestly go to kings, they have better sushi!

Absolutely the best Japanese. I had a crunchy salmon spicy hand roll, a salad and an order of Goyza and it was absolutely fresh and delicious. I have ordered sushi from here before several times and no complaints. I highly recommend.

First, they lost my order. Second, they did not compensate for my next order or assist with the current one. Third, they literally gave me Pringles chips with a $15 appetizer and had the nerve to call it tuna tartare when it was just spicy tuna in a round shape. I will not return and go to another sushi place in Bedminster. Don’t go here if you want good service.

No stars if possible. Ordered on Uber eats. Restaurant called said it’s ubers fault the price is wrong and they can’t fulfill my order and then hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and she was worse, she goes ahead and refuses to take the blame for having an incorrect menu up and hangs up on me as well. I am also in the food business. I am disgusted at the level of class and utter disrespect. Miss the old owners.

Food is good but pricing is too high. For the price you can get more at other sushi restaurants.

Our order was ready about 15 minutes later than the hostess told us to come, so not necessarily reliably quick. In short; the place you call when you're craving decent sushi but your favorite place is closed.
