Stopped in at 6:30pm on a Friday evening and they had the doors locked but multiple workers inside. We were not the only ones trying the door and people were being turned away by the workers inside.

Not fast. A guy was only taking orders and the girl had to make all the drinks. i dont know if that's there rule but its not efficient at all. took 25 mins to make drink with only 5/7 people in the shop.
Slow service. You have to wait 30 minutes and the store is barely busy

20 min wait for a pick up order. Starbucks is really not worth it..
Overall it's fine, but for some reason cream and milk aren't readily available as usual. You have to ask the barista every time.
I just went in for herbal tea, and they only had mint. It wasn't a big deal, but I feel like it's easy to carry just one more flavor.
My barista’s name was Sarah and she was absolutely friendly and had the best energy I’ve ever encountered across the country. Everybody in there had great attitudes and we’re very friendly, bubbly and professional. The place was very clean and they were very prompt with making the drinks they put notes on the cups, which I also appreciated that was cute. The food was fresh and hot. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet.
Baristas are the best.
They always smile and friendly.

Ridiculous. Slowest Starbucks on the face of the earth. 30 mins later and somehow the drink is still not ready. Get it together, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here. It’s a coffee, not a 5 course made to order meal for a family of 4. So annoyed.
This was such a waste of time to pick up a doordash it was one coffee they couldn't even make it while sitting for 15 minutes other customers waiting even longer the workers don't care here and no one to make then care terrible service terrible expirence

I am an avid Starbucks drinker. I work all over NJ so I’m constantly going to new ones all the time. Every time I have been to this specific location I have waited 25+ minutes for my drink. My main location for my job is around the corner so typically I use the mobile app when I’m about 20 minutes until I leave for lunch break to help counteract this but still every time I am left waiting for over 20 minutes. It’s come to a point that I can not order from this location anymore because even when I order 20 minutes in advance I am left spending my 30 min lunch break waiting for my coffee. Even on the Starbucks mobile app I will get a notification that my order is ready but when I ask it’s “coming up”. Unfortunately, it also didn’t matter the time of day that I would go to the store. I truly hate to say this since this store is so convenient but I will not be returning.
They ignore people, arrogant management, they should fired those who were working there. The bad management. Never again coming to that Store.
Very clean and well-kept Starbucks. Staff were the friendliest I've ever seen and service was prompt. They were also handing out free drinks during employee training sessions. Great little place!
Service is slow. Took 40 minutes to make one drink, and 20 minutes for my food. Prioritized online orders over in-store.
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever gone too!! Not very friendly, they gave a low and drab welcome to Starbucks when I walked in. My drink was out in lightening speed as I expected but my sandwich and danish was super slow the young lady at the food station moved at a turtles pace while she laughed with her coworkers.
