First time dining in the bar area and in the future will opt out of doing so. It's a bit too boisterous, and service was not as precise as in the main dining room. We will happily return, but not to the bar.

Simply the best restaurant outside of NYC and within 45 minutes of Chester. Not the cheapest, but you get value for money, which is more important. Service is impeccable, food creative and delicious and the wine list incredible. Ninety Acres should take note, it's nowhere near as good as the Pluckemin and the front of house doesn't give off aggressive vibes

A delight in every way! A warm welcome, excellent service, and superb wine recommendation from Sean! I also appreciated the chef's expert modification of the golden tilefish to exclude truffle oil. Food also top notch!

We had a great birthday dinner here. The food was outstanding, with great depth of flavor. The service was good, including careful and accommodating attention to food allergies. Would definitely go here again.

Luis, our server is a treasure. Been helping us for many years. We enjoy sitting at the bar area. Food is top notch, staff incredible, and if you like ice tea, this is your place. Simply the best

I ate here on Feb 7 and all 4 in my party stared at our menus for a good twenty minutes struggling to find something to order. There are many fish options and even a vegan option, but I'm not vegan and wasn't in the mood for fish. Steak options are pricey and the lower price option is a flank steak - not appealing. The wine by the glass list was even more odd, the Pinot Grigio was affordable because it was terrible. When I asked for a medium bodied, fruit forward red, I was provided tastes of very minerally/dry reds. I finally ordered the only rose on the menu - from France, decently priced & very good. I don't mind paying for creatively prepared, carefully curated seasonal cuisine, but this restaurant struggles to meet that requirement.

I decided to split a big steak with my friend which was a special. A .40 oz tenderloin. When they brought it out they had already sliced it and divided it into 2 portions and it was cold as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. They gave the bone to my friend. The pieces that I received contained tendon and was difficult to cut and eat. I expect a $145 dollar steak to be perfect. It was far from it and very amateurish serving technique. We should have been allowed to choose our own portions. Overall the steak was not first class. I think the chef should have done better choosing the meat in the first place. . I would have sent it back but was entertaining and it would have been embarrassing.

Refined menu. Everything is perfectly executed. Probably the best wine selection I have ever experienced. Fantastic seasonal cocktails. Fish selections are always great; pasta is always on point. Perfect steaks and burgers. Also, exceptional service.

Had dinner for my wife's birthday and our evening at Pluckemin was excellent as always. Impeccable service and excellent dishes, from appetizers to entrees to desserts. The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. And it is really nice to dine in a quiet atmosphere where you are not rushed through dinner. We have been dining here for many years and will certainly be back again.

Let’s start with the pros…atmosphere was lovely, service on point, salad excellent along with drinks.Cons,,,,cost was insane $25 for a tooth full of salmon, $40 for about 2 oz of risotto in a soup bowl !!!! $150 for a steak? Really? Dessert was bland. We won’t Be back. There are many excellent restaurants in the area for half of this price.
