Came here on a late Sunday afternoon after a soccer game. we were unfamiliar with the area but it was also my husband's birthday and we wanted to have a celebration dinner before we went home come on come on come on Looking for a restaurant that was nice and served good food. This hit all the boxes it was nice enough for a birthday dinner while also being casual enough to accept a familyin soccer jerseys and the little messy from being out all day. Everything we ordered was delicious. The servings are huge and the service was impeccable. The outside seemed a little modest, but the inside of the restaurant was very upscale .
My husband and I met up with friends at Trattoria Mediterranean last weekend. This was our first time here but our friends 3rd time. When we arrived, it was pleasant and smooth (be sure to make your reservation). The timeliness of the attendance and the friendly disposition made us feel welcomed. The food was aromatic and super flavorful. I was entirely pleased... so much so that I forgot to take pictures. :) I had only stopped eating when the busboy was rude and mumbled his displeasure wuth us while we were eating. Why? I have no idea. That changed the mood immediately and we felt encouraged to eat faster, although there were a number of empty tables... so we were not inconveniencing other patrons. We paid nearly $300 for dinner... had that experience not taken place, I surely would have scored this restaurant better.Parking: If you blink, you'll miss it... there is parking in the front of the restaurant and the rear.
Great, high quality food in a very simple family owned strip mall restaurant. They don't try to wow you with decor, just well thought out and executed dishes.

The waitstaff were excellent, very attentive, and didn't mind we wanted to talk amongst ourselves prior to ordering. When we did finally order, all 4 entrees were delicious, not to mention the cannolis!! We will definitely be back!!

Valentine's Day weekend and everything was perfect. We normally avoid restaurants around holidays but everything at Trattoria was as good if not better than normal. Thank you Dominick, Michele and everyone on your staff. Your consistency and attention to detail is amazing.
This place is always great when we go! Food is delicious. Staff is so friendly. We requested a specific dessert ahead of time and they made it specifically for my wife. Anita is always a pleasure to talk to and goes above and beyond for her customers. Truly a warm/ inviting experience every time we go.

This is my second review and just want to confirm that Trattoria Mediterranea is still superb. Food is authentic and delicious, everyone on staff is wonderful. Asthenosphere/service gives you the feeling that you are at your favorite nonna's house.

From the welcome at reception until you take the last sip of your after dinner expresso you will feel like a family member enjoying a great meal in Italy. Mimo and Michele, as well as the entire staff do everything they can to make your visit to Trattoria Mediterranea has pleasurable as possible. If you're Italian you will conjure thoughts of mom's Sunday dinners, or even the Friday evening seafood medley of delicious tastes. Everything on the menu is authentic, made with excellent ingredients and is as authentic as eating at your nonna's. The atmosphere is welcoming, the smells enticing the foods delicious. I'm embarrassed to admit that I always eat too much because everything is so good. And, please leave room for dessert and enjoy Anita's authentic gelato. Boun appetito!
Authentic southern Italian cuisine served perfectly in a timely manner. The ambiance is lovely, kitchen spotless and the staff and proprietors couldn't be nicer ! It's Family friendly and always a treat to dine at Trattoria Mediterranea !

Delicious food, best we've found in the area. The Grandma plate is great ( bucattini, briggeoul, sausage and meatballs to die for). The pounded pork milanese is fabulous, and don't miss the squash blossoms. 5 stars!!!!!Parking: Parking extends to the right behind the restaurant.
Always a great pleasure at trattoria The food is fresh and piping hot. Service is outstanding Best by far Italian food on the planet. This restaurant is a family owned gem. It's like eating at my grandma's house. Home cooked fresh made pasta and sauce. Fresh seafood. Just fabulous. Anyone whom comments negatively about this restaurant just does not appreciate real fresh Italian cooking and should go back to Olive Garden.

Outstanding restaurant! Authentic Italian cuisine that you can tell comes from years of experience, not learned in a culinary school.The Sunday sauce takes me back to the 70's when the family would all go to my Italian aunt & uncle's house and have a feast.It's by far the best Italian restaurant in the area.
