How this place is still in business is beyond me. The people who run this bakery are incompetent. We order a specific cake, they write it down, we pick it up, it is completely different from what we ordered. While I was there, another person was there yelling because they ordered a large cake in a specific flavor and instead received a small cake in a different flavor. Also, the cakes aren’t very good AT ALL. I love Dominican cakes but this place is not it. Not to mention half the cake was the frosting..yuck! By the way, no compensation for messing up the orders.

I’m going to give this bakery 5 STARS to support Latino businesses & my Dominican culture. The only downside was that I had to wait another 45 minutes for the cake I ordered because it wasn’t ready. Not making it a big deal. They helped me load it onto my car & the piña cake I got was DELICIOSO 🇩🇴❤️

My husband picked up a cake from here for his mom’s birthday. It was a small cake, just for 4 people. Even though it was small they still put attention to detail and it was a beautiful cake. Tasted good, just wished it had a bit more filling.
i don’t recommend purchasing from here at all. i was supposed to pick up a cake on tuesday. come to find out they don’t open on tuesdays. and the person who took my order told me to come on tuesday at 2pm. i was disappointed, and had to settle for an ice cream cake. then i went there on thursday, to get a refund. then i was thinking of still getting the cake anyways, thinking they might have already baked it. they didn’t. i suggest you take your money somewhere else. don’t waste your time going here.
Please stop robbing people. I ordered a cake for my best friend. When we cut the cake it was a cake made of frosting. Us Dominican sale cakes by pound. That cake was made of frosting. So disappointed. Be more honest with your costumers before people walk away from your business.

An extremely bad service and I'm not used to leaving a review but I think it's already too stupid, I ordered a cake of one color and it arrived in another, I wanted to give it a second chance again it arrived totally different from what I ordered, I explained to them and they didn't even apologize . Today, Father's Day, I ordered a tray for my husband at 11AM. I made it clear that I was working at 1. I asked for the price 5 days before, they never told me anything. It arrived today at 2:47 in the afternoon and the order is not ready. I call and they don't answer. VERY BAD HANDLING ON THEIR PART AND VERY BAD SERVICE.
