i don’t recommend purchasing from here at all. i was supposed to pick up a cake on tuesday. come to find out they don’t open on tuesdays. and the person who took my order told me to come on tuesday at 2pm. i was disappointed, and had to settle for an ice cream cake. then i went there on thursday, to get a refund. then i was thinking of still getting the cake anyways, thinking they might have already baked it. they didn’t. i suggest you take your money somewhere else. don’t waste your time going here.

Please stop robbing people. I ordered a cake for my best friend. When we cut the cake it was a cake made of frosting. Us Dominican sale cakes by pound. That cake was made of frosting. So disappointed. Be more honest with your costumers before people walk away from your business.

An extremely bad service and I'm not used to leaving a review but I think it's already too stupid, I ordered a cake of one color and it arrived in another, I wanted to give it a second chance again it arrived totally different from what I ordered, I explained to them and they didn't even apologize . Today, Father's Day, I ordered a tray for my husband at 11AM. I made it clear that I was working at 1. I asked for the price 5 days before, they never told me anything. It arrived today at 2:47 in the afternoon and the order is not ready. I call and they don't answer. VERY BAD HANDLING ON THEIR PART AND VERY BAD SERVICE.

This was the place where I undoubtedly had my cakes made until yesterday when I received the biggest disappointment and worst service that any business had ever given me in my life. It is still time that Mrs. Diana has not had the decency to respond to my messages to apologize. My son's first year, it was with a cake that looked like a baby shower. I ordered this cake on Thursday for Sunday, making the schedule of my event clear. I asked on Sunday they answered me an hour later and then I called and they didn't answer me. I showed up two hours after she had told me they were going to decorate it and it turns out there was no decorated cake. They made me wait 20 minutes and when I returned, the design had to be printed and she was not willing to wait another 20 minutes. I left, and when my husband returned to look for him she had not arrived. Unfortunately, the boy who was there had to show his face when the order was taken by the lady. I ordered a piece of dominican cake and recived a brownie. The cheesecake was literally falling apart and the tres leches was also broken.

This place was my go to bakery shop for all my birthday cake until yesterday. I ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up the bakery was closed. Go figure! I do not recommend them anymore because if you’re expecting a cake for a special occasion you may be left like me without no cake for a birthday celebration. Also, in many occasions they added the wrong filling to the cake and they'll cover the cake with so much meringue and not much cake. Such disappointment. ☹️

If i could give zero stars i would when we found out cake was wrong we called in and said they will return our call never called nor apologized. As a first time buyer i wish i would have looked at the previous reviews. Never buying again.
