I’ve never had a bad experience here until tonight. I ordered my pizza over the phone about 20 minutes in advance and was told to give them 15 minutes. When I arrived, they were confused and said they didn’t have an order for me, even though I had proof—a text I received from them after calling and their number in my call log.
My kids and I had been out all day, tired and hungry. To make matters much worse, they randomly asked me to deliver someone else’s food because they said they’ve “seen me DoorDash before.” First of all, that put me on the spot. They told me that by the time I got back, my pizza would be ready. I decided to just do it quickly, but I do not work for them.
When I got to the person’s house, he came outside and all I said was that the restaurant asked me to deliver the food while I was picking up my own pizza. I’m allowed to speak however I wish, especially when I’m already aggravated, and again—I do not work for them. Apparently the customer called the restaurant and said I told him they made me deliver it.
After that, the owner continued to argue with me and said that sometimes it’s not necessary to make comments. Well, it’s definitely not necessary or professional to put a customer on the spot and ask them to deliver a random person’s food—especially when I was already done DoorDashing for the day.
They did give me the pizza for free, which was the right thing to do considering I had to wait and deliver someone else’s food for them. Still, the entire situation was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m a customer, not your worker, and you should have taken your own advice and not made a “comment” to me in the first place

I have been here in a while. I use to come here when it just open and the food wash amazing then. But unfortunately now, the quality has gone down and the sauce doesn’t even taste like Mariana sauce. It’s like very watery base no thickness or robust tomato sauce taste.

This is the worst place you could possibly eat pizza. The manager is disrespectful to customers, and the food is terrible. They accept online orders is ready for pick but is not only to get the money and when the driver get there they tell you to wait longer and they even have a parking lot 👎

I tried this Pizza tonight for the first time. Before that, I’ve tried the appetizers, which were really good. I ordered two slices of the chicken Alfredo with spinach and they were awesome I also ordered a plain size which was really good and I ordered a slice of chicken marsala which was awesome as well. I ordered a Sicilian slice Very authentic. I’ll definitely come back again. well worth it.

Update : Absolutely unacceptable. About a month ago I ordered a pizza on their website and my card was charged, but the order never showed up in their system. When I went to pick it up, the pizza wasn’t ready, so I had to order and pay again in-store. They told me to talk to my bank.
Today, I went back with proof that my bank did process the payment for the pizza I never received, and the person in charge refused to help. He actually got annoyed that I was asking for a solution. No refund, no help, not even a simple apology.
This is dishonest, unprofessional, and shows terrible customer service and management. Do NOT go here — they will charge you, blame you, and then act bothered when you ask for your money back.
The first response they gave me to this review was sincere and professional and now the one they just put shows that you are upset and that response is from the person in charge of the one with his terrible attitude and misressing everything. Nothing you say happened like that! Read what I say. Do not try to justify something that is clearly explained and do not try to confuse to look good that clearly is not so!
