As i sit here being ignored by staff and the bus boy whom i asked if he can get me the manager for me... i see the waiter take a groups order that came in after us, then disappears for about 10mins. Comes back and places plates at other tables with guest who sat AFTER US... still no manager!!! The customer service here is trash and its getting worse!!!
Oh and no water has even been offered.

I was there for the first time the other day. food was good. But when I checked my finances, they cashed my card twice. one penny different on the second charge. when I brought it to there attention a few days later. They gave me every excuse but my money.

This place gets worse every time I go. On a positive note, the pizza is very good and tonight I had an excellent Caesar salad. But that cannot outweigh the TERRIBLE service here. I also ordered soup that tasted like it had gone bad and it had a film across the top as if it was microwaved. I've been here several times and I always say I'm never going back. it's always a disappointment.

Went to dinner here on 12/6/24. We order d three items on the menu, a pizza, a sandwich, and a chicken dinner. They brought us out the wrong pizza as well as the wrong sandwich and made us wait until new o es were made. The server didn’t apologize for the mistakes. We spoke to the manager and he also didn’t apologize and didn’t do anything to make our situation any better. the manager never even returned to see how we were and we were weren't even given a discount for our troubles. Dont think I will return here.

I think $17 for a Martini is a bit too much, especially when one of them came almost halfway empty. My bf did not approve of the apps. Next time we will get pizza instead, and stick to my regular drinks! 🖤

A hidden gem, the food was very good and reasonably priced. Bartenders do make a good drink.

My wings were so dirty tonight and the service has been declining every time single time I visit. Ewwww!!!!! I don’t like this establishment anymore.

I love the food here. But I absolutely love the lunch menu. 11am-3pm. Entree , salad and two glasses of sangria for under $30 is amazing. It gets really crowded at night so be cautious especially on karaoke night but the vibe and food here is amazing. And the drinks are really good. I have never returned a dish or drink at this restaurant. Except today, I found a piece of hair in my salad so I’m only giving them four stars but this has never happened before. No establishment is perfect. 7-4-24

Overpriced, I payed $26 +tip for a beet salad w chicken it was takeout Not doing that again

Pizza is good. The other dishes are very average and mediocre. Would have continued coming here just for the pizza.
One lesson for mgr is if a customer returns the plate they should not charge it. It is just basic customer service.
