We used Custodi caterers yesterday, August 9, 2025 for a party. We had heard from others and our venue how great their food and staff were. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The food was amazing. The staff Armando, Marybeth, Frankie were so attentive and helpful, it was truly a great experience. Would highly recommend for anybody to use. I utilized Custodi Caterer many times. Political, charitable & birthday celebrations up to 250 people under a tent on my property. Sadly, I lost touch (COVID) was caring for my beloved mother who passed away one year ago age 94. She loved Custodi. She was Sicilian American & loved the food. I had a special birthday party 1/11/2025 & invited my dearest friends. A priest from Holy Face blessed the food. It was a celebration of the best food in the world! Everyone was so happy. Mr. Chris Lucas remembered me from past events I hosted. It was a magical day. Guests didn’t want to go home. They raved about the food. We also had a beautiful birthday cake. Everyone brought food home with them & told me they would use this Caterer in the future. Food is superb, service outstanding professionalism. It was a special day for me to celebrate my birthday with such dear friends. What’s better than great food, friendship, kindness & to surrounded by love after a dark difficult time for me ! Chris and his team catered our wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. From our first consultation I knew Chris was going to deliver a beautiful day for us. Our menu reflected our favorites and every dish was executed perfectly. It is relatively unheard of to cook salmon for 120 guests and have it stay delicious and tender, so much so that folks were raving about it 3 days after. Cocktail hour was exceptional too, amazing home made Mac and cheese bites, a great antipasto spread, and pulled pork sliders that were out of this world (just to name a few). But above all else, hiring Custodi means you are getting bar none the absolute best serving staff possible. Lubi and her team are some of the most thoughtful, kind, and welcoming folks in the business. They took special care of my dad who is physically disabled, made sure all of our guests had what they needed, and checked in with guests who had various allergies to ensure they were able to eat and enjoy. I recently threw a party for about 40 people at our clubhouse and used custodi caterers. What an unbelievable experience from working with Chris on the menu to the details of coat racks! We had a bartender and 3 servers for passed hors d'oevres while Chris and his team worked their magic behind the scenes. They were on time, patient, professional, pleasant and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know we had a party. The food was AMAZING, I have zero complaints and will be using them again in the future for every catering event.
