My favorite thing is the crispy fish tacos with with the crispy tortilla or regular one. It comes with a crispy cod fish, spicy chipotle sauce a bit of pico and a lime . It usually comes with 3 tacos per order. So for me because I’m a big back I be needing two orders. However the food is excellent and the place seems very well kept and clean.
Conveniently located by the SilverLake light rail stop, this spot not only serves the best pancakes in the area but also offers mouthwatering cheesesteaks that are an absolute must-try. The pancakes are fluffy and perfectly golden.
A little mishap though, I spilled my coffee while juggling everything in my hands. I wish I went back in for a replacement on this morning. I’m always in a hurry most times, but the atmosphere is friendly. up for it!

Silver lake CheeseSteaks and Tacos makes authentic tacos at a very reasonable price. Their glorious selection of cheesesteak options is pleasing. They also sell fresh cut fruit and deliciously baked goods. I have been going to them since the owner himself was a cook at the Newark Cheesesteak house in Newark. He now owns both locations. I prefer Silver Lake because the original chef/ now owner still cooks. That is a sign of great leadership.
