I come here almost every morning because I work around the corner. Last night before the closed I stopped there to get donuts and accidentally left my phone in bathroom, went back around the corner but they had closed. I went back at 5 am when they opened and tracked my phone and it was there. When I got there the phone was cut off and their male employee was very stand off ish, but the two women were helpful. I tracked my phone and around 10:45 am I went back because the phone sent me a location notification that it was again back at Dunkin. I showed them and called the police. Kid behind the register nasty and jump to say something smart. Waited for 30 min and the police did not come and my break was over. Not even a couple mins after I left one of those same workers left the location and I was sent another notification. All in the same area. Very un trustworthy and very rude. I will never go back here again and I have been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 yrs.

The store is colder than outside, it's very dangerous for everyone the Staff is good and nice but the place is not for sitting and having a coffee in peace, who runs this place should turn on the heat its winter boss

I went there this morning after placing a mobile order. They ignored me and two employees a young lady and young man were just standing around just talking instead of making my coffee. I didn’t think their customer service was up to par this morning. I have issues in the past from this location. Unfortunately, I am not going back to this location.

My wife and daughter went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get breakfast first thing the sausage was frozen then her coffee was filled up all way . Had to wait 15 minutes . The last time we went the employee gave my order to someone else and that person didn’t even ordered it and left quickly. Terrible customer service. Will never go there again . The one by me it’s a little ghetto but service there is great . So my peoples don’t go to the one in Washington Avenue & park Avenue in nutley . 0 stars

I have tried all the Dunkin’ within 5 miles radius from this place. This is the best coffee so far.
Decent experience at this Dunkin, but the coffee could have been a bit weaker. My son was jumping off the walls all morning!

This place is horrible ,Order on line before 5 am , their system took my order but yet they were closed ,So waited for them to open gave them an extra 20 minutes and order wasn’t ready , they told me I have to wait 10 min ,After ordering online , orders CANT be cancel and customers looses their money if it’s not picked up

Well yeah I have been going to this Dunkin donuts for over 20 years and I will be there for many more years to come ❣️
