AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN? Pssst! Ordered an ice coffee with almond milk and stevia sugar. The ice coffee tasted horrible . It’s like they put a little splash of almond milk and NO stevia at All. It’s like take it as is . I never been to this dunkin but that drink was horrible and at that they didn’t even give us straws . Two drinks NO STRAWS ! A lot of Dunkin’s never put napkins in the bag . Trash ?️

The coffee tastes different every time. If it’s not burnt, it’s watered down or sometimes flat out flavorless! I’ve been coming here for quite some time, but over the last few months, the food has gotten increasingly horrible!! This Dunkin is not consistent! They serve undercooked hash browns that are ice cold in the middle, donuts (Doughnuts) are hard and stale; possibly being sold from the day before!! Always check what they give you before you leave. Most of the time they’ll give you two old donuts ( Doughnuts) that are hard instead of providing you with fresh food that you paid for, giving a customer multiple old items does not justify selling old disgusting food!

The service actually manages to get worse with each visit with each new employee that you hire. I would advise to hire a better quality of candidate because who you have there now it's literally running customers out the door and they don't come back anyone I talk to can't stand this location or the people in it do better Dunkin'

Yesterday, February 11th 2024, i went to get a coffee at dunkin and went to the pizzeria next door. I come out and the Owner of Dunkin booted my car and used his car to block my car so "I wouldn't get out. I asked why, and he said because I was parked too long, read the signs".... what sense does this make if I'm giving him business? I had to wait for police to get my car unbooted and PAY $75......
Get your coffee somewhere else. Will not go back there again.

Rude staff. I just asked for half & half and she gave full creamer. I don't make reviews but this staff member who just gave me it was completely rude and rolled her eyes at me cause I asked if this is half and half, it wasn't. Just go to Nutley to save yourself from this Belleville staff.
