For all the fans of Johnny’s gyro’s in Bethlehem, I wil tell you gyro concepts Bethlehem location is as good if not better. I would highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed. I had the beef and lamb gyro was excellent and all their food is made ethnic. Staff is very friendly too

Authentic Greek food finally in the Lehigh Valley! The chicken and pork gyros tasted just like they do in Greece, and the owner’s passion shows in every bite. Our family devoured the meat platter, spanakopita, tzatziki, and desserts—especially the profiterol and orange cake. Can’t wait to return!

My boss and I were called in to complete some work at this restaurant. First of all, the staff was accommodating as we were doing work in difficult areas for them to work around. They worked hard and were very understanding. Also, Yiannis, the owner was super helpful and hardworking as people come. After we completed the work Yiannis sent us off with some absolutely delicious meals and I will say I live 50 minutes away but will be visiting everytime I am in the area. Great establishment...
