Walked in, no staff up front. Waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. Not cool, get a bell or something at the door that let's you know a customer as entered.
I ordered Crazy Puffs and he said they are currently unavailable. HOW?!?! It's dough and cheese and you're a pizza store, how is it unavailable. If that's the case why are you open?

I ordered online 2 items. 1 of the 2 items was incorrect. I drove in the pouring rain & didn't notice the order was wrong until I got home. I asked for my money back because I could not return as I don't live near. the worker said I can come back anytime for the right order but he couldn't give my money back. I said, ok well what is your name so that I could say that I called when I arrive on another day. He repeatedly REFUSED to give me his name. I said, what if you're not there & they don't believe me? And still he refused and then hung up.
If you have a choice; Don't go to this location. It's also in a really shady/dangerous part of Newark. I'm leaving this review to mark that I did in fact call. And I hope corporate reaches out about this experience.

So I walked out like they advised me to. You should probably try to turn your phone back on or change the number on google.

the worst customer service, went there waited for about 10min and when I walked up to the counter to place my order they told me I couldn't have my service dog with me, like my little dog is going to jump over the counter and go to the kitchen....
