Complete and utter idiots that work at this location have no capacity to speak English whatsoever and when the order gets messed up in the translation of Spanglish, you get dirty looks belligerent attitudes, bland, food, subpar service drive-through times that are incredibly long and cold meals that taste like cardboard this place is complete And utter disaster. I would never come to this establishment whatsoever again terrible five-year-olds could do a better job.
This McDonald's has a special place in my heart cuz my grandfather used to take me over when I was a child. It's still pretty clean and their food is always up to par

Every time I order here, the customer service is awful and they have low standards, I don’t recommend coming here. The ladies that take your order always have attitude and aren’t respectful.

Saw This & Lost My Appetite
Drive-Thru – Hygiene Needs Urgent Fix
I’ve been a regular here, but what I saw on 8/6/25 at 8:10 PM made me think twice. The drive-thru employee rubbed her nose with the palm of her hand, then immediately touched the top/lip of my drink cup before handing it to me.
When I mentioned gloves for hygiene, she just said “ok, ok” with an attitude — no apology, no replacement drink.
This is a serious health concern. Management should review the cameras for that time and make sure employees handling food/drinks — even just passing them out — wear gloves, masks, and hairnets. Customers deserve safe, sanitary service.

Staff will get your order wrong constantly and due to the language barrier have a hard time correcting your order when you come in to get it fixed. I had make 3 trips back in until they finally got it right.

Said they closed at 1 A.M waited in line at 11:40 P.M and they shut the drive thru lights off and didn’t take anyone’s order

The service and management are horrible. I was at the drive thru in a line of 10 cars and a car passed us all on the exit lane and cut into the second lane of the drive thru. When I complained instead of doing something about the guy who cut 10 people they muted the speaker and refused to provide service for a few minutes. Later when they went back on the speaker they had an attitude and wouldn’t respond clearly to my questions about their menu. Which did not display all the sizes of nuggets they served so o wanted to know what other sizes than 10 they had but the woman was just not interested in being helpful. I hadn’t even finished my order and she was trying to get me out of there. I have no idea how me following the rules angered this woman but a man cutting 10 people should have been acceptable. Honestly if this had happened a few years ago the person would have refused to serve him and apologized for his behavior and now everyone seems to think their job is too hard as is to even consider being sympathetic or empathetic to a customer. Whatever happened to trying to maintain order or following a certain level of expectation. If being a drive thru attendant is too hard to manage order and professionalism then how can you expect other customer service representatives to treat you in the future if this is the standard you are providing. If you don’t care about the treatment of your customers then why should the police, nurses, doctors and other service providers do so. This lack of empathy reverberates in our society and leads to far larger consequences. Being a drive thru attendant is a lot easier than other dangerous services but for some reason this lady felt entitled to be rude and would probably be extremely offended if an officer treated her the same way when that officer might have had a far risked and hazardous day than she’s had. However the more people you treat with disdain, will contribute to their nasty and negative moods throughout the day and that person might have a job in which their mood makes a difference in someone’s life. Treat people with respect and you will see more respect in the world. This lady felt entitled to be rude to a customer who had experienced a negative situation at her establishment and the manager just reverberated the rudeness by muting me when o called to try to complain. This just shows how little they consider their customers or their own professional responsibilities.
