Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes just to be told they were closed. They close at midnight. I got to the drive thru well before 1130 just to be told they were closed at 1140. Terrible customer service. If you see you've got a long line, send someone outside and let them know to not waste their time waiting.

I came here on 07/16 around 05PM for some fries and some water with ice. The cashier charged me for that. I did not know that McDonald's charges his customers for WATER. How is that even moral? What is someone is homeless and needs some water, particularly in this dangerously high heatwave that we are having? Shall people just die then, is that the message McDonald's is sending to his customers now? Unbelievable. I'm a constant customer at this place and I'm most shocked at this encounter.

Says their open til 4AM and it's not. Saw a woman sitting inside with all the lights on but when we tried to order threw the drive thru they started shutting off the screens.
Today i woke up and decide to go on a morning run 🏃♀️and after i want to treat my self to carmel frappe ☕️but they didn’t have carmel so had to get mocha. I was so happy when i got and then as soon as i put my lips👄 on that straw the mocha frappe tasted sour!!! I at first thought it was the straw since they use paper but since i’m from texas 🤠 and we use plastic i thought it js taste like that. But no i change the straw when i got home 🏠 and it still taste sour. I hope i don’t get food poisoning it honestly tasted like the milk 🥛 was expire. And don’t get me started with the paper straws like how can you have plastic cups but still give out paper straws that’s so dumb. Do not recommended 🙅♀️🙅♀️! Get dunkin instead!🍩

Rude service drive thru reps always rushing you in a sarcastic rude manner and then the order is wrong!!!!!!!!The reward codes never work at this McDonald’s every time I come here!!!!Terrible service and rude customer service!!!!!!!!

Great atmosphere. Decent experience but the service sucks. They put so much priority on doordash and Uber that they have the walk ins waiting waiting just to be served and take our orders. DO BETTER. We walk ins have just as much to be served on as anyone else.

I bought a happy meal for my son and the lady in the drive tru gave me rhe wrong sauce for the chicken nuggets. I told her to exchange it for Barbecue and gave me a attitude. I gave her back the sweet n sour sauce and again she gave me the wrong one. If she doesn't like her job she should find another one. May 16 2025. 845pm.
