I ordered a vegetable pizza yesterday and it was extremely salty. We could not eat it properly and more than half of the pizza was left in the box due to how salty it was. This was very disappointing.
On top of this, I called the following day, which is today, and spoke with the manager. He only said that he would make sure this does not happen again. The pizza also arrived late and was extremely salty. We could not eat it and it was thrown in the garbage. He did not offer a replacement, a gift card, or any type of compensation. He simply said it would not happen again and then hung up the phone. This handling of the situation was very unsatisfactory.

My husband and I stumbled on this pizza hut. The wings are so delicious and I enjoyed the pizza. It was pretty empty when we went but I didn't mind. The cashier was friendly and helpful

Tried to call and was on hold for so long I hung up. Absolutely ridiculous for a chain restaurant. Literally losing a customer because you can't pick up a phone is pathetic
**Disappointing Experience – No Soda & False Promises** I wish I could give a zero-star rating. Every time I place an online order, I never receive the soda I paid for. When I reach out, they assure me that I'll get a credit, but it never happens. This has happened multiple times, and the lack of follow-through is incredibly frustrating. Poor service and broken promises—definitely not ordering again

I use to go here all the time with my family as a kid. It’s absolutely sad seeing the state it is in. I went there recently to pick up an online order. It felt like was in the bad part of Newark. The food was okay. It’s absolutely insane that if you want their original pan crust you have to pay $3 more. It was $1 before. Definitely the last time I’ll be going to this pizzahut until the whole area is fixed up. Hopefully they open one up somewhere else.
