I have been to this location many times. Sometimes the wait is too long because they are short staff but that has never really bothered me. Today was different though because I pulled up to the drive through and the girl had horrible customer service. I was asking for advice because i needed a nondairy drink and she wouldn’t give me a good answer. I had to go back two times in order to be able to get my order which i ended up doing it on my phone so I wouldn’t have to speak to her again. When she gave me my order it was made wrong, you could tell she didn’t want to do it. Hope she gets trained correctly because this is not a place where you can be acting like that towards the customers!!

I was having a not so great day. And the cashier at the drive thru could tell, she was so sweet and very kind. Just making my day and visit so much more pleasant. The individuals that work here are usually always like this other days too. Try using this Starbucks , you don’t even have to get out the car.

I went there for a my pumpkin spice latte, and I walked in a nice environment. I was greeted by smile, Enelys and Nay were such fun people, positive energy and great customer service. Plus my drink was soooo good. This branch is 100% recommended if you wanna start your day right with Starbucks.

Starbucks has always been a guilty pleasure. With prices of going out to eat rising, I've curbed my eating out habits but continued to still go to Starbucks. September 12th 7:12 AM. It's a Thursday morning, and we decided to go inside due to the long drive thru line. We stood at an empty register for a few minutes and observed the staff members eyeing each other, looking to each other to do something. Someone apparently drew the short straw and begrudgingly came to the register. We wanted three drip coffees. A dark roast, a medium roast and a halfcaf with a pump of chocolate syrup. The person at the register asked us about the latte we wanted. We then clarified that we did not want a latte but coffee with chocolate syrup. I did not tip, when I paid for the order, because of the attitude. I usual tip even with when service, is not great. We waited for our order. Wa received the dark roast, then proceeded to wait for the rest of our order. We finally asked , what happened to our two other coffees and the person who took our order explained that she only charged us for two coffees. Okay... then why have we only gotten one? The response response was, "we are going to working on it." We ended leaving with one coffee, because we could wait no longer due to our own schedule constraints.
This starbucks is different from all the other Starbucks. I never seen a team work so hard. They have such a high customer base and they really do all work together to meet each customers needs . They go above and beyond to make each order special for their customers . Even when it's busy they all stay very professional and work together to clear the lines. They are amazing people and they all have put a smile on my face and made me feel better on those hard days . I dont go just for the coffee I go because of the staff and the atmosphere . The drinks are always made amazing and the food is great as well. They have seasonal drinks which also always taste amazing and they always let you taste to see if you like it . You can't beat this starbucks . They are my #1.
