When today for pick up a order, I ask one of the ladies and she said the order is still preparing, wait until 15 min, another girl that even came before me got her order first, then I ask another lady for my order and she check for my order and what a surprise it was already completed, I said it was ready all this time, but she not said nothing, what I waist of time and poor customer service…!

I don’t ever feel the need to write reviews but today this location really put me over the edge. I’ve given this location so many chances and opportunities but they just keep on disappointing. Service is EXTREMELY slow ALWAYS. I placed a mobile order at 12:00pm and by 12:32pm I was still waiting for my drink to be made. From what I saw, there was a worker working the drive through (not making drinks), another worker working on orders from DoorDash/uber eats etc..and one worker making drinks for the drive through and mobile orders AND in store customers. I was trying to get one of the workers attention but they do not acknowledge your existence at all. It wasn’t until the girl working the drive through came up to me and asked what I was waiting for, I told her and she went up to the girl making ALL of the drinks and then I saw her go to a register pulled out a sticker and started making my drink. So if it wasn’t for that girl checking on me it seems as though the other one never would have checked my order. I waited well over 35 minutes for a roast coffee. Just unbelievable. And my coffee was spilling from the top when I got it (picture below) And on top of that the girl who made couldn’t even look me in the eye or even just a give a little “sorry” for all of that. She just looked straight up miserable to be there. But thank you to the girl working the drive through. She was sweet. Safe to say, I’m good on this location. Literally worth the extra 7 minutes to just go to Nutley.

I usually will come to this location since it’s right around the corner from my house. It’s a hit or miss here. Today (again) was a miss. Waited 20 minutes for my coffee (very busy) just to have it missing ingredients and barely any coffee. Mostly tasted of oat milk. Paying $7 for a coffee, we expect it to taste the way it’s supposed to. Usually I would go back and have them remake it. But today I really didn’t feel like going back in after waiting so long already. I get it, lots of customers at once. But after waiting for so long, at least we can walk out with the coffee we ordered. I would say, during the week, their coffee is usually much better than on the weekend. They get very busy on the weekends and they don’t mix the drinks the way they are supposed to just to get the customers out. I would rather wait the 20 minutes and walk out with a delicious coffee so it would’ve been worth the wait. Not walk out of there with a tasteless drink.

After giving up Starbucks for literally a year and a half for Dunkin they got me back. Came in for the pecan oat milk cortado. Waited honestly an easy 5 minutes(only one in line) for someone to come ask me what I'd like to tell me they ran out of Oat Milk at 2 PM on a Thursday. Terrible all around. If you need more help because the drive thru and online orders hire more help. Believe the reviews.

I ordered a caramel cappuccino when I received my drink it was half a cup it cost me $5.30 two sips that’s all I got. they literally give me half a cup of cappuccino I’m so upset but will be my last time going there

Ordered and got the worst shaken espresso not only did I have to wait to get my order taken I had to wait while people I was ahead of got their drink I would love a refund bc this is unacceptable. 8 dollars for a half assed coffee. Will not return to this location EVER again

I got here 9:20 pm they supposed close 10 .pm and they said they can not make us 2 caramel ribbon crunch just because they started cleaning early smfh
9:39 p.m I thought I had 20 minutes to buy a Hot Latte!! Plus additional drinks, Well guess what? Don’t waste your time if you think you have any minutes left before closing time!!! Just round it off to the nearest hour! If they say 10:00 pm, they really mean 9pm. They were not making Hot Lattes at 9:39, offered me an Americano !! PLEASE ADJUST YOUR CLOSING TIME TO 9pm since all machinery seems to be turned off at this time!! Thank You. You’re better off visiting WAWA on the other side of the parking lot!

My partner ordered a matcha with oat milk this morning for me! After taking a sip, I noticed something was wrong! It felt like I was drinking cows milk not what i ordered! I began to feel nauseous and dizzy! When someone asks for an alternative milk, there is a reason for it! Some may think its a trend, but in my case I haven't consumed any kind of animal product for years because I'm allergic to it! I think its rude and this is a health violation, that should seriously be looked at! People that work in the food industry should be cautious of other people's allergies and should take it very seriously!
