Very disappointed… I decided to treat myself after my workout. I bought 4 bagels home to my family on Father’s Day. The bagel looked great until I bit into it. Day old bagels. The staff could’ve told me they were day old. I doubt I’ll return. There are too many options where I can get fresh bagels

Food is way overpriced and not good. Pricing here seems competitive with NYC prices — unfortunately food quality and taste are not. The woman who works the cash register is unfriendly and rude. She made me feel invisible when coming in to order, I literally had to speak up for myself. I strongly dislike the food, ambience, and cashier-lady and will never return. I live an across street and wanted to love this place. What a letdown.

What once was considered the best bagel spot in town has long lost that crown—this place is a joke now. Walking in feels like stepping into a sad time capsule from the 1990s. Everything about it screams outdated and neglected. It’s dim, dreary, and honestly just gives off depressing vibes.
The worker behind the counter looked like they couldn’t be bothered, serving customers with a straight-up skank face the whole time. No greeting, no smile, just “what you want” smh tired of this shh.
And then the price? $11 for 3 bagels with cream cheese lmao. Are you kidding me? Not even in New York do you get charged that much for something so basic. For a place that looks this old and borderline dirty, they’ve got some nerve with those prices.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY here. This place is done.

I came here last week for lunch and got a hero, a drink, and a bag of chips. While I was ordering , I asked for egg salad to be added to the sandwich and they said sure. When they rang me up it came to 23 dollars and change, which is more than I'd be charged for that food order in Manhattan. I found out they charged me five dollars extra for the addition of egg salad and didn't think to tell me at all to ask if I was ok with that price hike. You all must think pretty highly of yourselves for a joint that had roaches walking across the gum display.

Decent bagel, but what the hell is this cream cheese portion bro???
SKIP! This place is not worth!! Poor service, need basic customer service!
Extremely poor and rude customer service. Lacks basic courtesy. Bagels were medoicre, spread was good but overall you could make better ones at home and I would go across the street to Dunkin’s for better one.

Overpriced for amount of food they give you
We’ve been coming here for a few months now since moving to the area and they were our go to spot. Bagels were always fluffy and soft, with proportionate amount of cream cheese. However not sure if there’s new management or a new worker in charge of making the bagels, but the last few times have felt like a waste of money. Recently we’ve ordered our regular order and the bagels have been either stale or toasted when not asked and barely any cream cheese to the point of getting bites with nothing on it. Today we called in an order and purposely asked for a thicker schmear of cream cheese and it might’ve been thinner than the last few times. Extremely frustrating and will not be returning.

The food was OK! Just about the same flare & hoopla as Bloomfield Bagels. The only thing I enjoyed more was that the bacon was definitely delicious. Cooked just the way I liked it, and my sandwich had plenty. I just figured nowadays you would get more bang for your bucks, no, you don't. It seems that my egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich was all bread, 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 2-3 strips of ?. For the price of the sandwich, I expected more. So I'll just stick to Bloomfield Bagels. The prices are a bit cheaper, and you get added condiments (salt, pepper, or ketchup).

Pretty fast service here. I usually get the variety of fresh bagels which taste good. The prices aren't too bad for a Bagel Shop.
