Ordered chips and guacamole and when I arrived home the guacamole was brown. The associate saw it when she placed it into my bag and should have known better to sell the product. Moving fwd I will make sure I check my paid for food before leaving the premises. Can't trust anyone these days.

The food is good but they need to do something about the packaging when food is being delivered, It's in a paper bag that gets soaked through with juices from the food,the food gets delivered with the bag torn and in a mess,the courier's are not to blame, but you need to do something about the packaging of food for delivery.

I went to eat with my family tonight, although chicken was dry without flavor it wasn’t too bad. The girl on the front was nice. How does a franchise like this not have enough to pay for an air conditioner? I have been here more than 3 times already and I don’t even feel like eat there. My family and I were feeling so bad for the employees. This is disgusting
Place is a whole scam if you order thru ubereats you will be called and said that you have to cancelled the order since they ran out of whatever you order then uber charges you for cancellation and they get to keep the money cause it was our fault even though you did the right thing. You tell them you want to speak to a manager or a supervisor and they say they never have one on site I request someone from higher up and all they say is we can’t help you we have to accept you order to see what it is and we can’t cancel nothing so we don’t have the food and we can’t help you but then you contact ubereat and you stuck cause they say the restaurant was supposed to cancel the order not me now I lost over $75 just cause both end want to be running a scam is more like the restaurant running the scam over uber cause why they accept the order or remove item from the menu.
