Have to order delivery, 86 year old mother and I am a stroke patient, 3 orders in 3 weeks and haven't gotten a correct order yet. Order a large bag of potato chips... snack size sent , changed full size, not once, not twice, but all 3 times!

When you have a store manager like the one named Bacher in Belleville NJ you ask yourself,how did this man got this job? He is absolutely disrespectful and rude. His attitude is absolutely unacceptable and not to mention how he follows customers around to watch you from stealing. I am a business owners and college graduate who is been supporting this store (Belleville NJ) since it first opened but after today? I'm looking into other options for my employees and I . Some of their staff are amazing like Alondra, Laritza, Mayra, David, Samantha Frank, Vera and the older guy Jose . Their attitudes are always welcoming and they make your day no matter what time you go,but Bacher needs some training on how to treat customers while you on a bad mood and also how to treat employees as well because he speaks to the like if they are garbage. Some extend training or more serious discipline is definitely required because I was a faithful customer till today.

The gas attendants refused to pump my gas from the pump I chose, even though it wasn’t blocked or coned off. I had to move my car to a pump right next to them to be served. They made no attempt while I waited at that other pump to tell me they weren’t using those pumps.

Racial Profiling Incident at Wawa Location 8441

Dear Wawa Management,

I am writing to formally address a distressing incident that occurred on September 1, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM at your Wawa store located at 8441. My 13-year-old daughter and I entered the store as we frequently do, and she proceeded to fill her Stanley cup with a blue slushy while I went to the kiosk to place our food order.

To my dismay, I noticed a staff member watching my daughter and then reporting her actions to another employee at the food counter. A few moments later, I was approached by a food worker who insisted that we needed to pay for the cup. I was shocked by this aggressive approach, as I was on my way to pay for our order, and I felt it was unnecessary to confront us in that manner.

As I tried to explain that I would pay at the counter, I was met with dismissiveness from both the food worker and the manager, who shouted across the counter, insisting that my daughter had done something wrong. This made my daughter extremely uncomfortable, prompting her to come to me and share her distress.

Ultimately, I decided not to proceed with my order, feeling targeted and profiled. I even threw away the slushy in frustration and left the store. This experience has left my daughter with severe anxiety, and I am alarmed that my frequent patronage and spending at this location did not shield us from such treatment.

After contacting corporate, I received a $15 gift card and was assured that a district manager would reach out to me, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. I believe this matter warrants further attention, and I am considering taking additional steps to address it.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as it warrants legal action

I wouldn't go to a wawa with an elderly female employee that doesnt wash her hands when using the bathroom and continues to work with food.. I used to go there a lot but not anymore.

Very unprofessional manager and really bad customer service I just was picking up my order and he treated me really disagreeable and the manager also treated me with disrespect and even removed me from the store without me doing anything wrong.
