They don't give you receipt unless you ask for it. So I get home and I find a whole bunch of unaccessible charges on my receipt. Probably fraud. I would watch out with these people.

The people working at the drive thru are always polite and nice. It’s clean inside. During busy hours, the staff works tremendously hard. But they have never once been rude or unprofessional. Honest people like this keep our society running.

Drive thru person taking the order was polite. You go to the window and the girl is beyond rude, you ask for salt pepper sour cream and butter ; she doesn’t give you the butter. I asked her again and she rudely tried to wave me past the window didn’t want to open the window or even hear what I needed to ask her, when she finally opened the window I asked for butter and she rolled her eyes at me and went to go get me butter. She was just rude maybe you should go put her to fry the French fries and away from customers ; because she has zero customer service skills.

Wendy's drive through needs to get it together. We had to fix our order a zillion times. They needed to take back items. It was such a mess. Then when we asked for the manager it was the same person taking our order. If that is the kind of leadership you follow.... No wonder your staff can't follow instructions.

Horrible service on Monday nights especially management. They gave me the wrong order. Then the male manager instead of fixing my orders leaves for 10 mins never comes back. I had to wait at delivering pick up window for another employee so that I can explain the problem so that they can give me what I Paid for. Then I had to wait another 10min for the order to be made.

We waited so long in the driver true!
We get our order when we got home there was a kidd meal but
Cheese burger missing!!!!!!
I had to give my burger to my child because I wasn't driving back!! I will never go back to that place!
