Drive thru person taking the order was polite. You go to the window and the girl is beyond rude, you ask for salt pepper sour cream and butter ; she doesn’t give you the butter. I asked her again and she rudely tried to wave me past the window didn’t want to open the window or even hear what I needed to ask her, when she finally opened the window I asked for butter and she rolled her eyes at me and went to go get me butter. She was just rude maybe you should go put her to fry the French fries and away from customers ; because she has zero customer service skills.
Andrea was more worried about putting sauces away rather than taking orders. Had to ask for my order to be taken.

Wendy's drive through needs to get it together. We had to fix our order a zillion times. They needed to take back items. It was such a mess. Then when we asked for the manager it was the same person taking our order. If that is the kind of leadership you follow.... No wonder your staff can't follow instructions.

Horrible service on Monday nights especially management. They gave me the wrong order. Then the male manager instead of fixing my orders leaves for 10 mins never comes back. I had to wait at delivering pick up window for another employee so that I can explain the problem so that they can give me what I Paid for. Then I had to wait another 10min for the order to be made.
The worst experience ever! We waited so long in the driver true! We get our order when we got home there was a kidd meal but Cheese burger missing!!!!!! I had to give my burger to my child because I wasn't driving back!! I will never go back to that place!

Service here sucks. I placed an order on the app for 2 breakfast combos and 2 side biscuits. The food was picked up by my colleague. Once I opened the bag I noticed a breakfast sandwich was missing. I sent my colleague back with the receipt and the food in the bag. When he came back I was missing a biscuit this time. Upon returning back to the store, the young lady at the register seemed like she was not having a good day (don’t know her name but she’s Spanish). The young lady called her manager who then threw my food out without asking just because they were no longer serving breakfast (I wanted my breakfast, let’s be clear on that). They did offer lunch but that’s not what we wanted. Money was refunded. But it was just the rudeness and lack of customer service so early in the morning that threw me off. A waste of food. Btw I’m sure the biscuits aren’t being hand made so not sure what the issue was here with just giving the biscuit in request in which this was a mistake not once but twice on your end.

We don’t eat fast food often so maybe people are used to this at this location, but it was not a great experience. The girl at the counter was nice enough but certainly you can tell no one there wants to be there. The Cinnabons were a hardened stale rock of dry dough with frosting on top. Fries were cold. And attached is an image of their “baconator” which we got because my kid wanted something with lots of bacon! You’d think the “baconator” would suffice but look at this sad thing…we’ll definitely not visit this location again.
