Does anyone know why they stopped selling the chocolate frosty? Conspiracy brewing? Would love a response from upper management.

Every time I come to this location the guy taking the orders and giving the food is really rude. Not friendly at all. Just hands your food . Very nasty energy . I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ll go to the one in Bloomfield

The manager who is the big lady with the piercing in the front of her mouth, and the short lady with the ponytail was very rude does not use gloves here not very sanitary they handle cash, then go to the Fry station without any gloves and to handle your food Location is very unsanitized will not be going to this location. The way the staff pass is rude and needs customer service training. People can get sick if you do not wash your hands and utilize your gloves so unsanitary

They don't give you receipt unless you ask for it. So I get home and I find a whole bunch of unaccessible charges on my receipt. Probably fraud. I would watch out with these people.

The people working at the drive thru are always polite and nice. It’s clean inside. During busy hours, the staff works tremendously hard. But they have never once been rude or unprofessional. Honest people like this keep our society running.
Thank you Wendy’s for selling me raw food… a waste of my time n money… never will go back again… just nasty… yall lucky I seen that the meat not cook and didn’t eat it and get sick

Drive thru person taking the order was polite. You go to the window and the girl is beyond rude, you ask for salt pepper sour cream and butter ; she doesn’t give you the butter. I asked her again and she rudely tried to wave me past the window didn’t want to open the window or even hear what I needed to ask her, when she finally opened the window I asked for butter and she rolled her eyes at me and went to go get me butter. She was just rude maybe you should go put her to fry the French fries and away from customers ; because she has zero customer service skills.
