Have ordered 3 times and 3 times got the wrong order. Asked for a refund and after not getting it after 2 weeks I called and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Trash
I don’t usually do reviews or anything like that , but this It's something worrying and it can be an issue for others. Since I work in a restaurant I don’t wanna leave a bad review lol I know how frustrating is receiving it. My cousin ordered 10 wings like around 30min ago I don’t know why it was like $26 because it was without a drink and fries. On the other hand maybe he ordered incorrectly which was okay but I received my food with a hair on it ! & also The chicken felt overcooked or burnt, I don't know how to explain it but when chewed it was hard! .

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

It’s hard to mess up fries. The Cajun seasoning is a go to for a snack. It was as good as I expected. Little pricy. Keep expectations proportional; it’s no Michelin star.

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR REVIEW I WOULD . THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS ZERO CARE FOR THE FOOD THEY SERVE ASIDE FROM THAT STAFF HAS NO TRAINING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF THEY DO THEY PICK UP PLACE YOU ON HOLD OR ANSWER AND NOT SAY ANYTHING JUST HEAR NOISE IN THE BACK . I PLACED A ORDER ON 7/01 AT 1PM AND THE FOOD THAT WAS GIVEN HAD HAIR IN THE SAUCES HUMAN HAIR AND THE CHICKEN WAS COOKED IN WHAT SEEMS AS OLD GREASE COMPLETELY FRIED AND BURNT NOT EDIBLE . PICTURES CANT DESCRIBE HOW HARD AND CHEWY THE ENTIRE MEAL IS . DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION . DISGUSTING
The staff are amazing and always very friendly! But it is completely unacceptable that they have NO air conditioning or fans for the staff and customers!!! They want them working in extreme conditions while maintaining a healthy environment. Shame on corporate and everyone who refuses to provide them with cold air

I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.

placed a decent size order before i clock out for lunch. the app told me it’ll be around 13-18 minutes, so i planned accordingly so i know when to leave the office pick my food up and still have time to enjoy . Usually i always fail cause restaurants either take to long or the food has been sitting and it’s cold. today i walked in , got greeted by a young lady and was told my order will be ready in less then 2 mins. 2 mins later i got my food and i had 22 mins left to enjoy . I am happy i came just on time when food was freshly made and finally i get to enjoy a lunch . thank you so much for the accuracy of the time i was provided to pick up. Thanks for welcoming me , and i’ll be back tomorrow 🙏🏽
