Personally, I never had a problem with their food. It was always fresh and hot. To get really fresh donuts, you have to go early in the morning or sometime in the late afternoon In my opinion. The only reason why I give them a four star is because they are so busy, at the drive-through, it’s hard to back up and get out of the parking spot sometimes. But otherwise, they’re good for me. I see some reviews about getting the food mixed up occasionally, but I have never experienced that there.

I am so sick of paying a lot for a doughnut that has no vanilla cream in it. None I took a picture of it if I could figure out how to post it I would there was absolutely no vanilla cream in my vanilla cream doughnut.

This is the 2nd time this young lady that work in the drive through gets disrespectful with customers. Today my husband went in to get a coffee colatta but noticed it had milk and he can’t have milk he backed up while no one was behind him and kindly asked to change it and one of the girls said no problem I’ll fix it but the other girl that took the order at first was very nasty to him. She even said she was aggravated about the situation and that he couldn’t do that when the other girl was already taking care of it. She seemed annoyed and rolling her eyes saying “ whatever” my husband was giving back the drinks and she says “you can’t do that, you already had that drink in your car” as if we are giving her the drink for her to drink it? lol like no throw it out for me please. She says “ drive and throw it in the garbage outside” horrible service!!!!! I can honestly say my husband felt discriminated. That girl needs to be fired!

Not the best Dunkin by a long shot. Donuts can taste stale. Service is poor. They always get my order wrong. The waiting area is always dirty. I've gotta stop coming here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was worth mentioning that the last three times I’ve ordered the avocado toast with bacon at this location, it’s come without bacon — even though I was charged for it each time. I know mistakes happen and the staff at this location is always super kind and patient, which I really appreciate but this is definitely a bit frustrating. Not the end of the world and most likely is just a minor oversight during busy drive thru times but I figured I’d share in case it helps improve future orders!

Walked in to get 2 donuts, both workers looked at us and just continued working the drive thru and taking orders on their headsets. There was even another customer who already had stuff at their table and he went up for something and was also ignored. We walked out, to my surprise- 3 cars in the drive thru. Guess it's easier to work drive thru then counter. They definitely need more training. April 4, 2025 - 5:30pm

We ordered a toasted bagel, a sausage + egg croissant with no cheese, snacking bacon and hash browns just before 10am. It took 10 minutes to get the bagel and bacon, even though the whole order was listed on the bag receipt. When they found the sausage egg croissant, it had cheese on it and had to be returned for one without cheese

Dietary restrictions: Supposedly you can order items without cheese, but most of the time it comes out with cheese on it anyway

nasty. the bathrooms were gross and the employees never acknowledged me at the register. literally stood there for 15 mins watching them all make drinks and never got my order taken. couldn’t even say terrible service bc there was none

Negative experience. Ordered at the kiosk, waited 15 minutes, they never made my food. The manager Cori justified this as "somebody took your order". I stood there for 15 minutes. My order was never made and never brought to the pass. Asked for a refund and received it. Cori and her staff decided denying responsibility, then escalating tension and antagonizing a pissed off customer during the refund process was the correct customer service response.
